This place was amazing!!!!! The food is phenomenal 😋 one of the best burgers I've had. The server we had was absolutely on point and was very attentive.

First time eating here, start off with wait time was average (15 minutes) Hailey W. was our waitress, hands down she was polite, informative on suggestions, and friendly. She suggested the Mean Green that Courtney the bartender made as well as the swirl sangria margarita, both very delicious.. as you can tell by the photos we tried nearly everything we could fit on the table!! I loved the fried pickles, they battered themselves but it was the sweet potato fries and beans that arrived with the catfish that stole the show.. bean are made by staff Daily as well as they do their own fries too! Oh I don’t remember the tall young man’s name that brought out the fried pickles but shout out to him for asking if we wanted to dip them in their jalapeño ranch dip (must try, amazing) the service here was all around 5star for me, including the manager on duty, Joe.. he approached us at the end to ensure our meal was satisfactory (no wonder they have that big sign in the front) So let me just close by saying if you haven’t eaten here, I hope you stop in and give them a shot, it was worth it and prices were on point as well!! If you can’t fine in, check out the drive thru, you can’t miss this restaurant right off Wesley in front of the water tower!!

This place was packed at 6:30pm on a Saturday so my wife and I sat at the bar. We got great service and our food was served quickly. My wife built a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich. I built a grilled chicken and a burger patty sandwich. Sandwiches were great. The bun is soft and lightly toasted. Definitely a notch or two above generic buns. My wife said her tots had a taste of onion. My fresh cut fries were good, although they seemed to have sat under the heat lamp for a while. Good atmosphere, good food, great service. The menu has plenty of variety to satisfy everyone.

Our experience was excellent! The atmosphere of a sports bar, games and tvs for all ages, great food, very clean and perfect service! I ordered the Texas Double Cheeseburger - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Our waitress (Burdi, I think) was the embodiment of what food services should be! If you're anywhere near here, don't miss this stop!

My husband and I went on a Thursday night and it was busy. We are from out of town but visit Greenville often. Many people recommended this place and we can see why!
The service and food were both great! I got the brisket quesadillas and the meat was juicy and flavorful. My husband got the burger and said that it was juicy and had a nice charcoal flavor to it.
The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. I wish we had this restaurant where we live!

I have often wondered about this place and finally had an opportunity to visit. Not only was the food better than expected it is better than most. Their beans were some of the best I ever had 😋 Lauren has the best vibe and the cheeriest personalities I have found in a very long time Ask about her zoo. 😁

I had an issue with my food but the server had a great suggestion that addressed my needs. Therefore I have no further complaints. Please remember to tell your server your needs so they have a chance to make it right, this is what they want to do.

Excellent Service and Food! First time patron and I absolutely loved the service and atmosphere! We bought our fur baby unexpectedly and they welcomed him like no other place we’ve been to! I’ll definitely be coming back

We were on a road trip and stopped on and so glad we did. Service was great and the food was great. You should try the double cheese burger if you area carnivor. It was delicious and I couldn't finish it.

Went for Farhers Day dinner. Wait time was overestimated at 45 min. We waited 10. This was the first time i have seen the whole wait staff working in accord in a very long time. They all worked as a team and this made our dinning experiance fantastic. The food was exceptional, hot and very flavorful. Our server was very friendly and on top of her game. Just wanted to thank the staff and our server for a great job.

This is definitely my favorite burger place now. The food is fresh and doesn’t take long to come out! Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

First Timer tonight! It was so delicious. So many options to choose from. Really loved the variety of food! The server was so kind to us which made everything so much better. I forgot her name. But she had SO many tables but yet the service was so great. Loved how they separate the loudness outside bar. Great idea haha 😂 Over all 10/10 on everything from the menu, the music, and especially the food can’t wait to come out again!

Food tastes great. Service is a little lacking, waitress I had ignored my daughter and wasn't as friendly with service. Need more energy on holiday weekends, and smiles always win. The atmosphere at Bottlecap Alley is not bad, especially in the bar area. It always has a great bartender with a smile on her face.

The food was delicious, the service was quick and attentive. Everyone seemed so sweet. They also let us bring our puppy in so that was extra awesome. The restroom was clean and the hot water in the sink was almost instantly hot. I had not been there in a couple of years but today I loved how expanded their menu is. There's definitely something for everyone. I have to say, them bringing out meat and treats for our pup was his favorite part! I think Bottlecap Alley is an excellent place to bring the whole family!

Friendly by any standard. Great food. Great atmosphere. Beautiful building. Inside and out.

Best Bloody Mary's EVER and I love their Quesadillas!

1st time Here! O.M.G. Delicious! Notes: there is a roll of paper towels on the table for a reason! So be prepared and take some squares off PRIOR to digging into your meal!
Once you open your burger you won't want to put it down... it's that good! Really good flavor on the burger patty. Beer battered onion rings= Delish!

Really nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and attentive. Loved the burger and fresh fries.
