Chick-fil-A

First time I've ever tried breakfast here. Oh my word, it was the best ever, I highly recommend it. Healthy breakfast, Eggwhite Grill on grain muffin. Great!

This is place good!! Ordering was easy thanks to the friendly staff. very so much ♥

I went in the evening for something simple Chicken Noodle Soup. It was brought to my attention they were out of it and I was not too happy about it considering I was ordering something I thought simple compared to a big order. I did leave but called back and spoke to the manager I wish I remembered his name but maybe it was Zach the store or evening manager. He told me the situation of how it has to be thawed out but did have some left. I went back to the store he brought it out to my car and free of charge. I thought that was so cool and nice of him to help. A lot of places nowadays especially after the pandemic customer service seemed to become a thing of the past, places close early, items out of stock etc. It's nice to know there are still good people out there to try and help.

The people working here are pleasant and efficient in getting orders out quickly. I did not have any problems with my order. The meal I had was very hot and delicious!

Update 01/12/24: Johnathan was super ambitious and excited to help my best friend and I. Very pleasant! I had the spicy southwest salad and it was so yummy.

Consistently the best chicken fast food and unsurpassed service.

I can understand why there is always a line half a mile long here. The only issue is that I don’t know who designed the layout for the parking lot, but they clearly didn’t think it was ever going to be that busy because getting in and out of there is madness! The customer service is out of this world like no other! Everyone is SO sweet and genuinely act like they care. More businesses should conduct themselves like this and they too will get more attention. The food is great too! 😃

Packed but just shows how good the food is. Well worth the wait would recommend coming and getting a lemonade.

I wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan. His customer service skills are top notch, he is so kind and always in a good mood, and by the way he hustles to the vehicles you can tell providing excellent customer service is a big priority to him.

The food is really good and the environment is very nice. The customer service is awesome. Jay, one of the employees was very attentive and making sure we didn't need refills or trays cleared. A great location!

First time I went to the Chick-fil-A in Greenville, Texas it was very busy. The drive-thru was backed up to the access road. I went ahead and decided to park and go inside. The service was excellent. The food however normally is perfect but my chicken mini's were a little overcooked

Chick-fil-A has done a great job overall delivering excellent service and customer experience. This trip was no different. I have come to expect excellence from every Chick-fil-A I go too. But this was a little higher up the list. I have to admit the app makes ordering a breeze. The directions are clear and concise and easy to undeestand. The staff here spoke to me as I entered the location and approach the front counter. Even though the food was not immediately ready, the staff said they were processing my order now and just needed a couple minutes. Just great service! THANK YOU!

I had spicy chicken, and the kids' atmosphere is good. It's been a while since dining. Better service than I expected

They need their own building. Like I think this city has proven we want it. It's always super super busy. Because of it being in a building with other businesses the drive thru is weird. And long, it causes confusion and dangerous situations for people trying to get to other businesses. Food wise, a+.

The store was really clean and looked brand-new. Chick-fil-A does a great job and keeping all of their stores clean and remodeled and looking good. The staff was friendly, the food was correct, and it was a great overall experience

Love sitting in this ChickFilA because Mary has been such a gem for 9 years. She is precious, kind and helpful. Appreciate the warm welcome and her attentiveness.

Friendly service as usual, the food was good as always. We had the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, waffle fries, and a chocolate chunk cookie. The cookie was to die for. TREAT YO SELF!! food was hot and fresh and we didn't have to wait long. They thought my name was Reagan though. I didn't like that, tbh.

I love their chicken sandwich!! Especially spicy delux. If you like spicy food, you definitely need to try it👍

Always love Chick-fil-A. Everything is good. I got a wrap and an ice cold lemonade. Yum 😋

No matter how long the ridiculous line is they are always on point. Customer service is excellent and orders are always correct and quick. If other fast food places could take note on how to run the drive-thru this would be a prime example 🙂

It's just the best fast food restaurants to eat at. 😋
