Vlado is an excellent realtor, he knows this area very well, he has been known to me in as a valued member of the community in the past; my place sold in one day with a cash buyer at a price that exceeded my expectations.

Vlado is an inexperienced and dishonest realtor with no knowledge of current markets and few legitimate listings. He runs his business out of a residential area and shows no decency or respect for the families that reside in the neighborhood. In addition, he stalks the residents who do live in the area by doing driving by their homes multiple times a day. Furthermore, he collects HOA dues from these neighbors despite not making any improvements to common areas or the roads which he illegally paved. You can easily find the multiple lawsuits he is in with Travis County through a simple Google search. Steer clear of Vlado and his “employee”/wife Karen—they’re as shady as they come and have no idea how to professionally negotiate a real estate deal of any kind. They both should be disbarred by the Austin Board of Realtors!
