Selling a home can be very stressful with all of the unknowns and lingo, but Ray and his team made it a breeze! I recently worked with Mungia Real Estate to sell my home in Austin Texas. Going in, I knew I needed an agent to sell my home quickly and for top dollar, and to make it even more challenging, it was all happening during the Covid19 epidemic. Ray gave me confidence he would give it 100% to get it sold. Ray was able to sell my home for asking price in 2 days, and since we had already moved out of state, he was MORE than helpful coordinating and making sure the house was always ready to show and deal with all the inspections etc. on a moments notice. Ray is the best realtor I've worked with in Austin (and I interviewed several). He helped me buy a home remotely, and during covid. Even though I never saw the house in person, Ray made me feel comfortable by doing many many Facetimes, texting pictures, and generally going to the home and being my eyes and ears. He gave me pointers on getting it priced right and made sure my listing had great photos so that the listing showed well online, during this pandemic.
