Dr. Sanchez-Ellig is VERY professional, she listens to my needs and takes care of them very quickly. I have been seeing her and her staff for a couple of months now and they are amazing! I have been going to ARC for years now and she is one of the few doctors that I love.

This one of the best clinics I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Steed is beyond professional and caring. I felt she was really listening during the examination. Dr. Steed took time to get to know me and was very comforting. The staff including Jamie, Kathy, and Tracie are extremely helpful as well.

Dr Steed has been extremely helpful and concerned with my overall heath. I have been here several times and have made this facility my home. The treatment is far greater than the South Austin location or the Kyle location. Dr Steed truly is concerned and willing to help way more than any other Dr I have seen.

Dr. Norris has taken good care of me for 20 years. He listens better than any other doctor I have ever known. The staff have been friendly and competent. I would recommend to anyone.

I visited this office for our annual employer physical. Dr. Kielhorn happened to inquire if I had other concerns. I mentioned a few. He did not hesitate to jump into action and ensured I left informed of my concerns and treatment plan. He showed genuine concern and exceeded my expectations.

This location is new so they are still learning about their clientele. They are doing a great job. Dr. Steed is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I've ever met

Dr Norris is very professional, kind, and thorough. He listens and answers questions. His PA is kind and thorough too. I highly recommend seeing Dr Norris.

GREAT flu shot experience. Quick, easy, and truly painless. All 3 kids (and myself) could not believe it. Best shot experience ever.

Slow or disorganized. It took over 40 min to get a vaccine.

Update to Complaint: Because I complained about Dr.Sanchez-Ellig I WAS BANNED FROM THE OFFICE! So don’t complain! This is not about the clinic but about my experience with Dr. Marina Sanchez-Ellig. She cannot handle simple issues,
(as in thyroid) that has been managed by general doctors for the last 35 years, so she referred me to a specialist because she doesn't want to deal with it and referred me to a specialist in another city. She does not listen, has horrible bedside manners and does not clearly communicate with you. She will not order tests because she believes they are not relevant, even though the lab doctor suggested further lab testing. If you want a doctor who is going to work with you, she is not the one. UPDATE: Because I complained to the manager and asked to have the doctor removed from my chart I HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM THE OFFICE.

Saw Dr Norris for a dog bite. Medicare refuses to pay for tetanus shot because Arc coding listed as a vaccine shot instead of a injury. Now I owe 98 dollars because of their screw up
Not happy at all. Watch what you do at the doctor now so you don't get screwed like I did.

ARC does not bother to send any kind of notification when children are due for well checks and vaccinations. ARC also thinks it’s acceptable to cancel appointments without notification.

Been sitting on hold for 1/2 hour. Frequently have to drive to clinic to get any correct information. Doctors are always booked multiple weeks out for the most basic things (prescription renewal). Tests take way to long to get results. Appointments canceled by doctors “going on vacation”. Nurses and staff are nice.

Don’t go here! I too wanted a doctor at this clinic to be my new primary care doctor (like other reviewers) after moving out to Dripping from Circle C. However, I will not be going back. Dr. Steed is paranoid and hyper focused on her possible personal wrongdoing for a completely benign request rather than providing care for patients. I was requesting help with therapeutic options for my injuries rather than resorting to taking pharmaceuticals and was told after a 10 minute conversation with her that there was no proof of my injuries so she could be charged with fraud! What?! I was asking for a statement and “script” from her for a tax break on a hot tub. It is a program that the state of Texas offers citizens. (Update: another doctor at ARC on South 1st in Austin actually took the time to educate themselves on what I was asking about and helped me with my request.) I am a 50 year old woman, moderately overweight, with 2 serious past knee injuries (one knee from a motorcycle accident 10 years ago and the other from skateboarding in my teens) Both have had lasting effects. I have plantar fasciitis, a slipped vertebrae (spondylolisthesis), and a recent knee and shoulder injury from a ski/snow sledding trip in 2019. No surprise after all this, I also have anxiety. Lol. All of these conditions could be more manageable with the aid of a hot tub. And before you decide that I am too bougie for complaining about not getting a tax break on a hot tub, we don’t have a regular tub. Getting a freestanding plug and play hot tub was much cheaper than remodeling a bathroom. Even without the past injuries, friends my age feel more achy than they used to. 50 is not old, but it is definitely the age when, through new aches and pains, you are reminded of all the abuse you have put your body through. I guess Dr. Steed does not realize that. Is this ignorance, ageism, or wanting me to take drugs instead so they can get kickbacks from big pharma?

Really unprofessional. It’s no surprise this is a 3 star reviewed facility. I was told all my symptoms were made up in my head. That they were resulting from a mental health disorder. Which is really interesting, because my mental health is in perfectly good shape. How do I come in, with “acute elevated Hemoglobin”, fatigue, body aches, constantly, and persistent stomach pain. But it’s “all in my head”. I’m tired of negligent doctors, putting peoples health at risk, because your too proud to help them get better.

To me, the sign of a good doctor is listening and putting patients first. Dr. Kielhorn was a very challenging doctor who talked at me and down to me, instead of listening. He went on a rant about the flu and prescription medicine facts and failed to treat me as a person. I am severely disappointed and will not be returning. It’s a pity because I was hoping to find a good primary care doctor at this location.
