Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dripping Springs - Austin Area, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the amazing staff and especially Frank at the front desk. He went above and beyond working my reservations over the phone and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. He was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. He runs this hotel like a well-oiled machine and deserves all the praise. The rest of the staff was also fantastic, from the housekeeping to the breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was convenient and close to many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dripping Springs. Thank you, Frank, for making my trip memorable! To his boss be sure to give this young man a raise for everything he does for your establishment.

We had the worst experience at this hotel. The receiptionist named G. Neary was VERY RUDE to all of us. I understand the rooms were not ready, but she could at least explained it to us properly without raising her voice. G. Neary, this is for you. This is a list of good customer service skills: good communicator, polite, patient, respectful, people person and friendly attitude...

No problems during my stay. Rooms were comfy, bed & pillows were excellent and staff was nice! Thanks for a great stay!

I booked through a 3rd party and reccomend just booking through the hotel. Reserved 4 rooms and the 3rd party charged me up front even though it was just reservations. No to H@#$ls.con. the hotel was clean and fresh for all of our group.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, cheerful and conscientious breakfast attendant. Most extraordinary front desk and sales manager, Rosie, who went above and beyond her duties to pick us up when our car got a flat tire about 15 minutes from the hotel and we had no spare tire! She took us to a Hertz location about 20 miles from the hotel so we could rent a car. She definitely bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We will remember her kind gesture for a long time!

Great location in DRIPPING SPRINGS. Such a clean place. No issues with room, accommodations for early check-in were offered after request. The breakfast buffet was awesome! All staff were nice and very polite. Would visit again!

No complaints, especially for this price. Our check in was smooth though we were late. Sabina was so kind and accommodating to our requests throughout our five night stay. Pool was clean and we liked that there was a laundry on site. Free breakfast wasn’t over-the-top but convenient with good cinnamon rolls, sausage, pre-made omelettes, yogurt, and biscuits and gravy on the weekend. Plenty of fast food choices and grocery nearby. I would stay again.

Good rooms clean lobby and my work truck didn't get broken into, which is a awesome bonus..., go for it get the room

I went to two other hotels closer to the city and one was a 4 star and the other was a 3 star BOTH were gross in terms of air quality and cleanliness. THIS hotel was simple but exactly what I was looking for. no smells in the lobby or room (im sensitive to perfume type things) spacious, clean, everything seems new still, beds were comfortable, had updated lighting with usb and plugs, lots of lighting in room if you choose, nice big tv, good size bathroom, supplies shampoo and conditioner and they are quality products (even the 4-star didn't do that). Staff at front desk was extremely nice (red hair) recommended a great coffee place. Overall this place took my stress level down a notch. Thank you.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Shower had good water pressure. Front desk staff were friendly. That's about all I ask for of a hotel!

Extremely Nice Motel!!!! Comfortable Beds, Fresh Sheets (almost seemed Sun Dried ) Amazing Pillows! Plenty of Towels & Wash Clothes, JR WATKINS products (16 OZ) , All the room amenities you would want. Complimentary Breakfast still in Effect!!!! Great Value for The Money! If all Holiday Inn Express were this nice I would have a home away from home!!!!

Delt with manager. He was very nice and accommodating. We have been booked into wrong hotel. I will never book a hotel online again. I will call direct.

Front desk staff was super courteous, way above and beyond! Continental breakfast was super, with the usuals plus pancakes, delicious. One of THE cleanest hotels I've been in in some time, absolutely no complaints about it whatsoever. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at this Holiday Inn Express. All of the staff that I interacted with truly went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The employee (I regret that I did not get names!) taking care of the breakfast was extremely attentive and the employee who checked us out also happily printed a document for me. My compliments and thanks to these employees and I hope they are commended by management.

For the price is was great. Decent sized room, included breakfast wasn't bad. Rooms seemed to be recently upgraded and we're pretty large for a hotel room, lots of channels on TV for the kids. Theres a few fast food places and an HEB right next door. Pool looked decent (ground floor, outside) and fitness room had weights and the standard treadmill, eleptical, bike.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Pillows helped me find a good night's rest. And the immaculate pool was absolutely refreshing after one of our August summer days. This hotel is in a great location to siteseeing and local events.

Fantastic 3 night stay at this hotel. It was always clean and had all the amenities for a fair price. Morning breakfast spread was full with protein, milk products, juice, fruits, carbs. Pool and hot tub clean and large. Would come back

I stayed here for a weekend to attend my friend’s wedding. Steven and Amanda were very very accommodating for all of my specific needs. Place was clean, staff was very sweet and attentive and its a lovely location. Nice that you are walking distance from the grocery store HEB.
