Never disappoints for that late night food run. I have not had a bad meal at this location. Staff has always been friendly.

We ordered through the drive thru. Food was fresh and curly fries were good and hot.

Great service! Eliel was great taking our order a the drive thru. We appreciated her promptly taking our order and repeating it back. We will be back.

Love the 3.99 chicken sandwich deal. Always comes out hot and fresh and fills you up for cheap.

I just had the absolute BEST jumbo jack with cheese I’ve ever had. It was perfect. It even looked like the picture on the menu! I had to leave a review because seriously, it was THAT good. Even the fries were perfect. Bravo! Woot wooooot and hoodie hoo, this place right here, knows what to do.

I only had coffee and curly fries; went in around 17:00- the worker was super helpful and even made me a fresh pot of coffee with a cheerful attitude. Store was SUPER generic, but as it is hard to mess up coffee or curly fries- I was treated so well by all of them; even those who didn't know English I rate it 5 stars💖

First time going here. They purposefully gave me spicy taco sauce instead of ketchup. I must have really aggravated them! I only ordered a burger, fries, and onion rings... but if I go back, I’ll probably get the spicy taco sauce to go with my fries, because it is a good combination like Whataburger spicy ketchup. I’m glad the staff have a good sense of humor. 5 stars!

The Jack in the Box on William Cannon and South Congress there is a Jack In The Box right near my house but I rather go to the one on William Cannon and South Congress I didn't visit that place for about 2 months went back it really surprised me when the workers recognize me and also remembered what I like to eat I order the number 26 all the time the people that work there are so professional and very courteous they make me feel so comfortable and I never have to worry about checking to see if all my stuff is in the bag cuz they always get it right I like to thank the employees at Jack In The Box on William Cannon and South Congress and management for running this Jack in the Box like it should be thank you.

Why am I giving a 5 star review? Just because of Roman.

It was midnight, the rest of the crew did not show up for work. The manager ordered him to close. He did not close and he did not give up. He prepared and sold meals on his own.

Roman is the one who deserves the 5 star review and that is what I am doing.

Roman should get the employee of the year, and definitely a promotion. I would love having an employee like him who goes above and beyond of his "job description'.

Its very fast and Ive always been a fan of the 2 taco deal. Recently tried the teriyaki chicken bowl which was quite tasty to my surprise. It definitely serves it purpose when your hungry and on the go. Definitely recommend and keep up the great work.

I came over here (on Friday Nov 11th a round 630 pm) to get it a snack (a large curly fry) and it looked like they had a two 3 persons working staff group. Non the less they served all the people in the drive threw and the people in the store, and hooked me up with a HOT large curly fry. God bless and a big thanks to all the hard workers that were working that night.

I was craving Jack in the Box tacos - had a coupon. Quick drive thru after work. Enjoyed them very much. Satisfied my craving 🌮 🌮 LOL

Had to try tiny tacos. Have been hearing about them but no Jack in the Box near me. Finally drove by one when in Austin. I liked them!

Breakfast burrito was amazing. Honestly I'm not one to switch up on my Sonic burritos, but after the delicious, fresh, cheesy & perfectly cooked sausage burrito I just experienced. It's time to make a change.

Curly fries is good but they always add something that is not curly fries. One time is what looked like an onion ring and another time there was a chicken nugget on my curly fries.

Update Oct 29 2021: went back and the service was exceptional and the food was delicious

Drive thru is not open 24 hours. Don't waste your time coming here at night

I've always been a fan of Jack In The Box. This is a good one. I tried the mocha iced coffee today and wow! Really good quality coffee and delicious mocha flavor!

There was literally only 1 lady doing drive thru orders AND making the food! Don't know how she did it all alone but she did! She deserves Empolyee of the YEAR!!!!

Chris, and his team were the most professional jack in the box employees I've ever came across. This is officially my most favorite location because of them

Close to my house. Easy to pop in for a hot bit of breakfast on those less than perfect late start mornings. Clean and we'll kept. Food is always great.
