Good food and quality, omelette was a bit dry though. Rest was pretty good.
Service was very good, very nice and polite server.

Good to find a newer IHOP, with the quality and service level we are used to. Great food, good service nice and clean place.

My family and I came in for free pancake day, only to find the manager handling a packed building with just three staff members. Despite the unexpected busyness causing customers to leave and others giving the manager a hard time, my family patiently waited in the corner silently cheering her on. I rarely write reviews, but the manager's remarkable memory and resilience under pressure were truly impressive. I believe her exceptional management skills, demonstrated today, deserve recognition and definitely a raise.

We went for Valentine's Day after a crazy turn of events and the previous restaurant we went to served us our water and never came back to ask what our order was (we waited 45min) needless to say my family was very, very hungry.... Closest place was IHOP and breakfast for dinner is one of our favorites. We walked in and was seated immediately!! Service was great! Food was so very yummy!!.... They seemed really busy but they kept tables moving right a long!

Really love eating at IHOP now. It's much cleaner and better atmosphere than was last year. Seems they have improved greatly on the food also. Been to couple different locations in past couple months and both were very good.

Our server was fantastic. Food was great. Got my veterans discount.

My husband, daughter (both Veterans) & I came to enjoy their free meals, and were seated right away! Our waitress was very sweet, attended to us quickly, took our orders & served our meals quite promptly. She also came by our table to check on us & was so pleasant . I wish I had gotten her name, but she was truly kind on this very busy morning!!! Veterans Day 2023 🇺🇸

Brand new location, food was delicious and the service was fast. The food portions a pretty big. The place looks modern with a nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful. I had come here a week ago and I didn’t stay because there was a long waiting time due to not having enough employees but it seems like that was taken care of.

I have been to this ihop few times and the experience was exceptional. From the warm ambiance to the attentive staff, every detail contributed to a great service. The service was impeccable, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Overall, I enjoyed my time here.
And, the manager (Faizan) is really nice.

The GM of this IHOP (Faison) is amazing. We had the best experience and I was so impressed with his kindness and attentiveness. I imagine he was the only one in the front of the restaurant because he was also our server.

Great! Our server was really awesome and fun! The restaurant was uncomfortably warm, but that didn't affect how well she treated us or how good the food was!

Driving by... See REESE'S PANCAKES! FULL 🛑! I had to resist commiting multiple car🚗🚓🚨 traffic 🚦 violations to get into the parking lot. I could not resist the gravitational 🌎 pull of these pancakes! We were quickly 🪑 seated by our server Lubna. She was delightfully 😊 cheerful and attended to our every need. Our coffee ☕ was constantly topped off, our orders were perfect and she made sure to ✅ check and make sure we had everything we needed. The 🍗 chicken fried 🥩 steak was perfect. My eggs were 🕯 light and fluffy. Hash browns were crispy and delicious. The Reese's pancakes 🥞 were the ⭐ star ⭐ of the show! Perfect mix of peanut 🥜 butter 🧈 and 🍬 Reese's pieces 🍬 was mouthwateringly delicious🤤! 10/10 would come again!

Luis was a fabulous waiter. He went above and beyond what is normal customer service. He even provided a "go" cup of coffee for each of us. Next time we go back I want him to be my waiter.

Parking was crowded but easy to find a spot since it is associated with the Lowes parking.

This IHOP will surely be a hit with the younger generation at night and the older generation in the mornings, especially the weekends.

Love this place and all their nummy pancakes! They always have fun and creative specials for the kiddos and during each holiday. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Place is very clean and well kept.

Not 1 bur 2 waitresses gave us so much good service it felt Decadent! I hope yall p keep up the good work!

The atmosphere is nice. The servers were friendly and the food was great.

Stood in the front waiting to be seated 15 minutes at the one on precinct line! Left there and came here instead! Got greeted and seated right away and had a great meal.....and gave our server a $20 tip!!!! She was great!!!

Plentiful portions. Came out hot. Staff was courteous and prompt.

Everytime I've been to this location it had been almost a perfect experience...I feel bad for all the bad experiences other people have had, but I love this location. Today I ordered through the app and picked it up, I was walking in and was met by a smiling employee who was on her way to bring it to me in my car, I hadnt even chosen curbside in my order! She was going above and beyond in my opinion! The pancakes were lukewarm but I was 10min late to my pickup time so I was fine with it.

A difference in service from last time at the Euless site, where we actually left without being attended
