Ok, we all know what we're getting when we go to Chick-fil-A. The service is legendary, we get it. I would like to point out what Brennan did during my most recent visit, which I really appreciate. I got a Dr. Pepper and a coke, they look pretty similar, so Brennan pushed down the little buttons on the lid to differentiate which one was which. Honestly I think he just does this, every time. This is the difference between Chick-fil-A and every other fast food. The details, the effort, the care. Sure the food is good, the spicy chicken is just the right amount of spicy, the waffle fries are delicious, the gluten free buns are an option, but they're individually wrapped for celiacs, the list goes on and on. This. This is why you go to Chick-fil-A. I digress... Thank you Brennan, you really made my day with something that is probably just a habit to you now.

We liked the Burgers and fries. We expected the burgers to be a little bit bigger. Quality was good tough. waiting time was like 5 minutes.

Chick-Fil-A is by far my favorite restaurant, the food, service, and atmosphere are ahead of any fast food restaurant. But if you’re going here, just order inside since it takes longer waiting at the drive thru.

Visited this spot during the lunch hour. Drive through was swamped, as it usually is. I went inside to order. I was in and out in a hot minute! Chicken nuggets are to die for! Yum 😋

I eat at Chick-fil-A all the time. Mainly drive thru. Everything is always quick and fresh. The drive through lines are always fast. I work on the road this is always helpful!

Of course ChickfilA does not disappoint! This location is great - easy in and out! The employees are friendly and get your order out quickly. The parking lot is big and has plenty of space. Bonus: good play area for the kids

They have drive through down to a science, I wish other places would take some notes. It's fast, efficient, and accurate. The food is good too.

My goto for grabbing breakfast on the way to work. Typical Chick-Fil-A with excellent customer service, food is always consistent - orders are accurate and food is hot. While this location can get busy, they are great at moving people quickly through the line. I highly recommend ordering via app.

I tried this new flavor: Honey Pepper Pimento; what can I say? I WAS AMAZING!!!! Unexpectedly delicious 🤤.

I got to say that chick-fil-a always gives you a good, quick service. As for the food, it’s always fresh and tasty.

Great flavor and great taste, and that is expected for Chick-fil-A, to have good quality food. What gave me high spirits was the cashier's enthusiasm and friendliness and my order was ready on time. There's not anything to complain about and I look forward to coming back here when I'm in Austin!

The chicken tastes so good I am willing to put aside my disdain for their lack of respect for separation of church and state. it is important to be aware of Chick-fil-A's history and values before deciding whether or not to patronize the restaurant. For example, Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays, and the company donates millions of dollars each year to Christian organizations. Some people believe that Chick-fil-A's religious beliefs are incompatible with the separation of church and state. They argue that a company that is so closely aligned with a particular religion should not be allowed to operate in the public marketplace. Others argue that Chick-fil-A has a right to express its religious beliefs, and that consumers should be free to choose whether or not to patronize the restaurant based on those beliefs. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to eat at Chick-fil-A is a personal one. There are valid arguments on both sides of the issue. If you are concerned about Chick-fil-A's religious beliefs, you may want to consider eating at a different restaurant. However, if you are willing to put aside your concerns in order to enjoy the chicken, Chick-fil-A is a good option.

I love that there were disposable placemats available and plenty of seating options that were wheelchair accessible.

Always great. Team members are always friendly. Speedy service. This is our Wednesday night treat after swim lessons for my two kids and we look forward to it every week! Ordering a head on the app really helps move along the process.

line was crazy, clearly it was the lunch rush. I got from a few cars past the back of the line to back on the road in 4 minutes flat. I have no idez how they do it! super friendly staff, I can feel the camaraderie as they work together to get the job done.

The entire staff is always extremely polite and helpful. Food is always perfect.

They were super lovely and wasted no time getting our food to us even despite the fact that they were quite busy. It was my first time eating at Chick-fil-A and I will come again:)

I just had an experience today with one of your employees that felt like an encounter with an Angel. I was stressed beyond belief after my son spilled his milkshake from a different restaurant in the car. I pulled over into your parking lot to go inside and get napkins to clean up and one of your employees noticed my struggle and offered me a package of wet wipes to clean up the spill and asked what flavor of milkshake. I explained I did not buy it from chik fil a at all but that did not matter to him. He brought out a free milkshake and supplied me with the clean up supplies I desperately needed. There was no manager watching, he didn’t do it for a promotion, I wasn’t even an actual customer, he owed me nothing and yet went out of his way to help me. He was the epitome of Christian values. I didn’t get his name but he deserves to be recognized and even promoted!

This is far and away the best chicken sandwich. They are always consistent, friendly, and efficient. I've noticed other fast food restaurants copying their model. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chicken sandwich.
