We had a great experience with Isaac Electrical Services. I appreciated that they sent a text with the name and a picture of the technician when he was on his way. Tech came on time and was very professional and wore his mask correctly. We moved into a home with a Generic Home generator, which we were unfamiliar with. He answered all our questions and was honest about what services he thought we needed.

On time, in fact, early. Courteous, accommodating, and helpful in resolving the problem. He was comprehensive in his explanations, and check-out was quick and painless! The invoice was easy to understand and pay. There's a reason this business has so many five-star reviews and positive feedback. It's pleasant to do business with good individuals, and guys like him are uncommon to come by. From the time I called the office to the time I worked with him! These people are invaluable to me as a realtor! Thank you for picking up the phone, showing up at the job site, and making it simple for me to contact you first the next time I need help! We first used Isaac Electrical Services when a storm had taken down a power line to our house. They were the first to return our call almost immediately after leaving a message. We had called several electrical services that morning and never heard back from any of them. Isaac Electrical Services was able to send someone out to look at the damage within the hour and were able to repair the damage and bring our home up to code by that afternoon. They were very prompt, professional, and quite reasonable. We will be using Isaac Electrical Services again in the future. Thanks for everything!

There is absolutely NOTHING he could have done better. From being quick to respond to being courteous with my home and pets to knowing exactly what to do, he was awesome. He even gave us some electrical knowledge that we didn't know that was completely unrelated to why he was there, but may just save our lives some day. Isaac is a shining example for how businesses should be run and I only wish I could find more people like him.

We had an issue this morning at the office and I called Isaac Electrical Services and they were out with in the hour. The technician was very helpful and was able to provide their services along with educating us on what the problem was. Would highly recommend Isaac Electrical Services.

Very professional staff. They explained everything step by step throughout the process. The tech was super helpful in a stressful drainage situation. Worth their weight in gold! I will use them for all of my electrical needs. Very satisfied!

Paid them ahead of time for the service on a Friday. 1-4pm window. No one showed up, and no one told me I wasn't getting service until after 6pm. Company won't send someone on the weekend to make up for their mistake, so I'd have to wait 3 days to get the service we need. Had to ask several times before they agreed to a refund.

This company uses a "Preferred Service" Scheme. I called THIS company, not the subcontractor they ultimately sent to my house. The sub charged $525 for a realistic 1.5 hours worth of repairs and suggestions. I'm sure because they would have had to split the more sensible fee of a couple hundred dollars with Isaac Electrical they felt the need to double the price to "get their cut". But guess what, the sub waived their normal service fee!! All because I paid the "Preferred Service" fee of $149 for unlimited service calls for a year. Sub gave no estimate/quote upfront just jumped right in and did minimum work for maximum payout.

Needless to say, I called the "Preferred Service" number and all they would tell me is they will look into it.... Rest assured a manger will call you back, RIIIIGHT!

DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP THIS SCAM OF AN OUTFIT UTILIZES TO GOUGE THE HELL OUT OF PEOPLE!

Scam. Not a real electrician. Tries to sell you a $149 membership.
