Nate and Cole were both extremely helpful and friendly. Best customer service experience. The store itself is very nice and well stocked. Everyone who works here is professional and knowledgeable.

One of my favorite stores in the world. Whenever friends ask the question, "If you could spend an unlimited amount of money in one store, what would it be?" I always think of Pathfinder. Their selection of great gear is second only to their customer service. The staff is fantastic at meeting your needs and respecting your budget.

I initially entered wanting to tune up and wax my board, but it had seen better days since I bought it from them almost a decade ago. Chris did a great job at helping me pick the right replacement snowboard for me after explaining the various options and benefits of each board. He even was kind enough to swap out my bindings onto my new board. I like my board so much that I didn't want to put any stickers on it, but after seeing their signature Pathfinder sticker, I had to add it to my board. I'll forever be a Pathfinder customer.

P.S. Pathfinder was very cleanly, offered hand sanitizer at the door, and had all employees and patrons masked.

I started skiing this winter and was struggling with rentals. After researching boots and skis, I went to Pathfinder and Molly took care of me. She fitted me for boots and actually recommended boots that I had not even looked at. She was so right! I bought the boots and the skis that she recommended based on my experience and goals. I went skiing that next week and it opened up the entire mountain for me! What a difference it made. I skied everything from greens to blacks. I highly recommend Pathfinder if you’re in the market for boots and skis.

Love this store. First of all, it's just a great outdoor sports store and it is also locally owned, not a huge chain. Second, they have an amazing selection and will work with you on ordering anything they don't have in stock. But more importantly, customer service is excellent. They want to sell you what you want and need, not try to upsell you for the "best" or "most expensive." Just a good overall customer experience in that store. Comparable pricing to big box stores and online markets as well, so that was a bonus. As an example of customer service, I e-mail through their website regarding the availability and installation of a Thule car top carrier. I heard back within 6 hours and had it installed (for free!) on my roof within a day. I highly recommend this store to those in the Morgantown, WV area.

Such a cool shop, they had the exact bike tire my son needed. It was a very hard tube to get but they had it in stock. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and gave my son a couple extra stickers. Customer service goes along ways with me and these fellas are top notch!!!

Top notch customer service. I purchased a Thule and they installed the rack and the Thule on my car for me! Also very helpful picking out boots/boards for my kiddos. Would highly recommend to anyone! Just wish I did more outdoor activities so I could find more reasons to go there!

I really like this store. The staff was very helpful and took the time to help me when I was brand new to the area. I had a lot of questions on what boots and gear suited me best as a beginner. I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't need. I'll be back again 👍

I have shopped at this store for years and can tell you that it is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful and even make you feel less stupid when a stupid accident happens to your bike. (The story there is my bike rim got caught on another car and got bent while it was on my hitch mounted rack. apparently it is a common occurrence.) Helped me find a new rim and even mounted the tire and tube from the old rim for me free of charge. The selection is great, and they were very welcoming of my son who is 3 years old. They complimented how well behaved he was in the store and I really appreciate that. So, in summary, buy everything at this store if you are looking for anything outdoorsy. Staff and selection is great and they take care of you on the accouterments as well. Great place to shop.

I have spent a lot of time and money in this store. The staff is fantastic. There is no one more knowledgeable and helpful than these guys. I went into most of my outdoor hobbies with limited experience and these guys made shure I had everything I needed and knew how to use it. They have an excellent bike selection, ski and board selection, kayak selection, and outdoor active wear. If they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it.

This has been an incredible bike shop to work with over the ~12 years I have been a customer. They work diligently to build relationships with their customers rather focusing on a single one time sale, which has turned me in to a customer for life. The broad diversity of outdoor activities they are able to fully outfit you for and the high end brands they carry mean it is a one-stop four season adventure shop!

I was visiting Morgantown and thankfully discovered this store. I was blown away by the customer service and thoroughly impressed with the breadth of detailed knowledge their employees had on the merchandise they stocked and their industry. Pathfinder prices beat all the big box outdoor stores I’ve been to even with sales. I’ll be keeping Pathfinder in mind for future outdoor purchases. Even with S&H charges I’m sure the price will be good and they’ll be able to answer any questions I have.

Excellent service. Purchased two bikes from here. My wife and I first time getting nice bikes for the rail trail. Bill, made us feel comfortable and that no question was too simple to ask. Showed us the ins and outs of the bikes we got, extra gear, and the bike rack for our car. We will be highly recommending this ace to everyone.

Great shop, great prices. Helped me set up two skate boards and even refurbished my trucks right on the spot. All kinds of great outdoor supplies and friendly/helpful employees. Bill and Kayden here are awesome. Thanks guys, big help! Wish I could put more than five stars!

They legitimately care about your skating experience. If you have an issue with your board, grip, hardware, ect. they will do whatever they can to amend your problems. Manager over the skate section is an extremely kind individual and helped me greatly. I have spent a lot of money in the store and they gave back.

I don't hand out 5stars to often but this place deserves it. It isn't the biggest bike shop in the world with hundreds of bikes on display. But it has excellent customer service. Very kind staff and always willing to talk bikes, tips or suggestions. I bought my Giant bike at this shop so I could have expert hands on advice on everything about my bike and thats just what I get when ever I visit this place. They also carry other outdoor equipment so check them out online, or better yet stop in.

Wow, these folks are the real deal. Called to talk with them and the gentlemen, I believe it was Andy, spent almost 30 minutes answering a lot of questions not knowing whether I would purchase anything or not. I even asked about buying from them vs an online retailer and he gave a genuine answer without being offended. After, more research and decisions on our part, we chose to make the purchase and did so on their website. I asked when the items could be picked up expecting sometime next week, but to my surprise I received a prompt email letting me though they were going to work hard to get everything assembled and ready for pick up tomorrow!! That's the value of buying local. Great Job!!

Every person I have dealt with at Pathfinder has been awesome. Their staff is knowable and friendly. Their service team is amazing, they get your bike in and out quickly. If you need a part, clothing, gear, repairs, or a new ride, they have you covered.
