I really appreciated my visit today. I was 20 minutes late to my passport appointment. The gentleman was unable to do it because I was so late. I completely understand that. It’s not fair to the rest of the appointments behind me but he and the other gentleman were very pleasant and informative. Thanks guys! I will b back next week!!!!

I always use this post office to ship my packages and greeted with a smile. I have gotten to know all of the employees and they are always providing me with great customer service! In the wake of corona, they have steadily delivered mail and packages during this virus. My hands off to them!!

Every time I've come to this location to get stamps or send a package they have always been kind and helpful..no problems

This is my favorite post office location in Greenville. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they move as quickly as possible to get the line moving. I appreciate them so much!

Had to get a passport in Greenville Texas and the postal employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mr Glover was very helpful, he was helping us mail our packages the best and cheapest way.

Always helpful and friendly

I am not a fan of the post office in general, but this one is fairly decent. The counter clerks are nice and work quickly. I do have one complaint. They highlight, with a yellow marker, my tracking numbers. Each time the marker erases the number. That's not a good thing. So, post office workers everywhere out there, Stop Using Highlighters On Receipts. Circling it with a pen will suffice.
