Adelina made this experience so special! My friends and I are all new to makeup and she helped us find the right foundation shade and product for our personal needs. She also helped us find suitable concealer, primer, and moisturizer as well. I left Ulta excited to begin my makeup journey. She is kind, fun, and well-informed; totally recommend!

The staff at this location are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and nice to chat with. I went in to revamp my skincare and makeup routine. Ana (there every Thursday) helped me pinpoint skin health issues and create a strategy to address them. Then she showed me which products would achieve those goals and which ones to avoid. Daniel in makeup did the same. I walked out totally set and a week later I couldn’t be happier with their recommendations.

Brittany at the brow bar is impeccable. I felt completely comfortable with her judgement and have been getting spontaneous complements from strangers. After trying a few places since moving to Austin a few months ago, I’ll be looking no further.

After massive confusion of calling and being told product I wanted was in store, I drive to the location, and was told no it is not in stock. I go home, order it online, and it says available for pickup in 2 hours at the very same location I had been at earlier. Really?? I call back, spoke to a very helpful lady named Simone who went the extra mile, checked another part of the store, and guess what? There it was! I made a 2nd trip and picked it up. Thank you Simone for making the extra effort to help me. Also, the reason I gave 5 stars is because of Simone, as she is an asset to this company.

I absolutely LOVED the haircut that I came and got with Kristin! My hair was very dry, damaged and uneven (eek) and needed a lot of love and care. My stylist was so patient and compassionate! Kristin started with a dry cut, and once she had styled it thoroughly (correct length, layers, etc) she went back to shampoo me, then blow out. Overall she spent 1 1/2 hours on my hair! She chopped at least 10 inches in length. Huge transformation! What to ask for: Ask for a dry cut, for layers, a side part, and face framing pieces that go to your chin. Now my hair is fresh just in time for summer! Thank youuuuu Kristin, I’ll be back! 💕💕💕

Tiffany kills it everytime.
Always hard to find a stylist that can get the platinum color that I’m looking for and nail the hairstyle as well, but luckily I haven’t had to look anywhere else since I found her.
Tiffany has also given me priceless advice that has saved me from destroying my hair. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

First time getting haircut from Dylan and gave freedom to do what he thinks would work for me. He did a fabulous job and feel amazing! Thank you, Dylan!

I love the Sunset Valley location. The staff is actually warm and helpful. My hair stylist, Rihannon is amazing and their salon staff is top tier!

5 stars for the products they carry and a handful of the associates who are great. They carried things I’ve never seen at an ulta like Natasha Dennona, Rabbane, Dior, etc.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Tiffany did amazing on my hair today🤩 She was super understanding and patient with me throughout the whole process, she helped me find the perfect color to fit what I was looking for and I was absolutely blown away by the results <3 Y’all book with Tiffany if you want perfection 😮‍💨

I used Ulta hair salon a little over a year ago at the Research location. A makeup artist is the reason I won't shop at that particular location.

I had a gift card and I went to the location in Sunset Valley. Paul was my stylist. He was the greatest. He made sure we were on the same page about what I was wanting and what could be done. I haven't been"me" in awhile. As long as he is a stylist and I can make the drive I will follow.
When I say down in my car I starting tearing up because I felt pretty. Sometimes we need that pick me up. Thank you for bringing me out of these recent bad days.

I love Ulta beauty! they are an affordable way to get my makeup done. favorite location is the sunset valley location. I love walking in and seeing all the artist with different make up styles on. They are all so dang pretty. Crystal is AMAZING , and has been my make up artist both times!!! I love her energy! But more than that she is super talented. She listens really well to your needs and always understands the assignment. As a black woman with sensitive skin that’s easily irritable, I always worry if the products are going to hurt my skin but I’ve been there twice and so far no issue, which I’m thankful for.

Kelly Smith cut and styled my hair today at Ulta on Brodie Lane in Austin. She did an excellent job, best haircut I’ve had in years!

Al the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I ended up booking my hair appointment here two weeks after I came in to look for some new makeup. Alejandra was my hair artist. She did a fabulous job. Would come back.

I drive almost 1.5 hours to go to this specific hair salon to see the amazing and wonderful Paul Anthony 💕. After living in San Antonio and dealing with the stress of my job I was dealing with breakage and a few choppy hair pieces along with boxed dyed greys I was in need of a desperate hair intervention. Paul listened to me and made the best decision for my hair and the next visit he even commended me for whatever I was doing because my hair looked so much healthier than when I walked in. Little did he know, it was all him! If you are looking for an amazing hair therapist, don't fear, because Paul Anthony is here! ❤

I was looking for a bright pink cream blush but all the ones we found were out of stock. Alexis was determined to find me a perfect fit that was in stock and she eventually found! I really appreciated her help and determination.

I stopped in for the first time (as I’m from Toronto and we don’t have Ulta in Canada 🙃) and I was helped out by Rhianna (I believe was her name) who was super efficient in helping me find an awesome tinted moisturizer (Tula). I really appreciated her willingness to help me out and just being super quick to suggest something I’d really love as opposed to the options I was going for originally (sun bum and the cerave brand) - thanks so much for your help :)
