Walmart Auto Care Centers

I recommend you purchase all your auto batteries from Walmart, they stand behind their Evermax line of batteries. Brought my vehicle in after another shop performed a test on our battery - it was showing signs of premature failure. Brought it in for a cold crank test at this Walmart Autocare center. It passed. Memo was helping me. He is the guy you want to work with. Honest & Super Hardworking. Things take long here because like everywhere they are short staffed. He offered to perform a longer test on the bigger battery tester machine - that does cycle testing. That reported a failure. And Memo started the process of swapping the battery free of charge because it was under warranty. Thank you Walmart for honoring warranties and Thank you Memo for your excellent work ethic. 👍🏽

They are amazing. The staff was wonderful. They went over and beyond to take care of us. We had bad experience with marble falls location and these guys made it right. Gave us an tire after a tire we bought had a manufacturing issue. This is how businesses should treat their customers. They set the bar very high. What a great team! Thank you guys for caring and making it right. We will give you’ll our business and recommendation from here on out.

Not from the area, we were traveling back home which is more than 150 miles away. Needed a tire patch but unfortunately the auto center was booked up and so were the other places we called. Despite the team being busy, they were very kind and helpful; I could tell they genuinely cared and wanted to help. Kris went above and beyond to help including checking in on us multiple times/recommending tools/etc. Dealing with a flat while traveling was a bummer but grateful for the care and attention from this auto care team.

Prices are good and transparent. Services are good too. I walked in very late, but they were still willing to take me (I guess it depends on the how complicated the work is).I replaced one headlight and one break light. The service charge was only $12.5. I felt sorry for the extra working hour they spent. They deserve the thumbs up!

Got my oil changed and tires rotated, you really can’t complain if you compare the prices here to anywhere else. Although they never notified when it was ready. I was there before opening time and still no call until I reached out at 4pm. Moral of the story is, if you don’t have the time or patience don’t come here, you don’t need to make an employees day bad just because you didn’t research ahead of time. We’re all human beings deserving of respect. Thanks!

Great Service - Fast - Professional

I was on a road trip from Canada, experienced 2 trailer tire blow outs - pulled into the Auto Center (I was having a bad day). Matthew, I believe the service manager was over the moon helpful - such a relief. Inspected my tire on the spot, worked quickly and diligently, darting into and out of the shop trying to fix my issue and my tire. At the end, I needed to purchase a new tire. But Matthew didn't stop until I was on the road. He cared. The best experience I've ever had at a Walmart. He even made sure the new tire I bought had the correct pressure on it before selling it to me. Cheers buddy, thank you.

I have used Walmart auto care center for a long time without issue, four separate cars over many years without a mistake.

Yesterday however, they didn’t install the oil cap properly. This led to oil all over the engine bay and white smoke from burning motor oil.

Mistakes happen, but whats important is they owned up to it. They cleaned the engine, toped the oil, refunded the charge, and paid for a new oil cap. All in all, couldn’t have expected more, and I would recommend them.

I had no problem or long wait getting an oil change for my vehicle. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. I guess it depends on the service and time of day. Of course wknds will be busier. I will return.

Margaret is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She works at the tire side of it. The manager he's cool too. So I would definitely recommend this place.

I went and got me an air pump and i was out of there fast and the guy was very cool. The tire dept. Staff are very cool i have to add.

Service was great. They even found that one of the tires was the wrong size. They replaced it for free since it was previously done by another Walmart location.

I didn't visit the Auto Care Center, but I did get a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese!!! My favorite!!!

My go-to place for low price new tires and warranty. For lower price I don't mind waiting while shopping. Thanks.
