Not only was this place extremely clean, the staff is amazing. The dentists let me know I needed to have root canal and a good amount of work. They recommended a dentist that will pay attention to me. I have another dentist that I was using but they didn't pay attention to what I have. I knew I had cavities but unless I told them, they didn't seem to care enough to look at them. So I highly recommend this location to you.

I did my temporary crown yesterday and last night fall off I went back this morning and let the front desk know they told me they are short handed and it might take time for someone to see me and I said that is fine that is why I come early long story short I was waiting for less than 15 minutes and they call me the sweetest lady at the front desk she came fix the problem and I was in and out less than 30 minutes she was so nice and kind and interesting thing today even I feel much better and were more comfortable than yesterday I don’t know what was her name but she was most sweet , kind and caring person I ever met at any doctor office . I definitely recommend this place to anybody had a bad experience at any dentist office come to castle dental in Georgetown All the staff are nice knowledgeable and caring you will not regret it

I had to switch to a new dentist due to insurance. I was a little nervous at first, however everyone from the receptions, office manger, hygienist and Dr. Foster. We wonderful. I needed a crown due to a cracked tooth and everyone was very compassionate.

Only had to wait a few minutes for the procedure. The dentist and assistant were professional, friendly and did a great job 😊

I had my first appointment today. Tyler took my ex rays. She was patient, friendly and made the process comfortable. She is good at what she does. Dr. Foster took the time to explain my treatment plan and the office staff were very welcoming and demonstrated exceptional professionalism.

Everyone here is so patient and kind! Dr. Foster is quick to listen to concerns, Dr. Beltran did a fantastic job with my wisdom teeth removal, the hygienists are great with our kids, and the ladies at the front desk are always helpful. I’m glad we’ve found this office!

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Foster was very thorough and took time to explain and discuss concerns. Roberta was extremely helpful in applying my insurance, and figuring out what my costs would be. A very organized and efficiently run office!

I was very apprehensive to go to a dentist after I have had some very terrible experiences, but I have had nothing but great experiences with Castle Dental. I had to have some fillings done and a temporary crown. I do have to go back and get a third temporary crown put on as the first one came off pretty quickly after application and I swallowed it and the second one broke but even in these situations I have been treated with the upmost respect, care, and courteousness that I have never had at a dental office. They were able to get me taken care of when I swallowed the first temporary crown very quickly, even though they had just closed and they are now going to squeeze me in to get another temporary crown replaced today. Every single person aside from one that I have encountered there has been an absolute gem. I am definitely referring everyone I know to Castle Dental.

Dr. Foster spent time going over my situation. Office staff and everyone I encountered was very nice and accomadating.

Great service. very understanding staff. Glad we found them. update on oct 9, 2023. Wife passed away over a year ago, I notified Castle Dental. I requested to be removed from email list. They keep making appointments for me and my deceased wife and I have requested once, by phone about 10 months ago, to be removed from their mailing - email -notices that we would not be using their services anymore. Last week I got a notice from Castle informing me of an appointment for today for me and my deceased spouse. Not very good customer service when they notify me of an appointment I did not make nor is it good customer service when they notify me of my deceased wife's appointment for today at 2 pm. So now I would rate them as very poor service providers.

Dr Singh is the best person to help you if someone else screwed up your tooth before. My other dentist I had before really messed up my tooth and he got it back to pretty normal for me now. Love the dentist and all the people that work there are great to work with. Love mrs Starr she is great at helping you with the billing. Nice place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hygienist is amazing. She is very meticulous & you can tell she loves what she does. I have never had better teeth cleanings, ever!

Castle takes excellent care of me and my family every time without exception. Tammy is the most amazing oral hygienist I’ve ever met. Highly recommended if you value your smile 😀

This office was the best. Dr Foster is awesome! I recently moved to Round rock from San Francisco. I had the same dentist for 20 years in San Francisco and was terrified to change dentist. Everyone in this office is amazing from the , chatty make you feel welcome ,receptionist to everyone that helped doctor foster put in a crown and take my co-pay. They were so efficient in that when Dr. Foster was finished doing her work, the next person came to make the crown and set it. There was no waiting. Dr Foster was so gentle , nice and assured me I would be fine and I was. If your scared of the dentist check out Dr. Foster and her team at Castle in Georgetown!!

I've seen some negative review of this place, but my experience there in the two times I've been there was exceptional. The service here is outstanding from reception through procedure. Tamy the Hygienist was great, an honest person, who takes her time with you, and make sure you are getting the care that you need (no more and no less). I would highly recommend this place to my closest family and friends with confidence that they would have a similarly good experience. Castle Dental of Georgetown, keep up the good work. :)

Amazing experience! They worked to make it affordable for me, and then helped with financing well beyond what I had hoped for. They were also super accommodating and gentle, as I have severe anxiety over having dental work done.
At the same time they were quick with their work and very respectful of my time (this was an emergency procedure and I had a work meeting to attend afterwards, and they made sure I was out well ahead of time for my meeting).
All of the staff was super friendly and wanted to help make my experience the best possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Foster's for 5 plus years. All my experiences have been positive. I am grateful for Dr. Foster's skill, knowledge, experience, and her warm, friendly smile and personality. The staff are also positive, upbeat, caring, and friendly. At the front desk, Roberta has always greeted me with a friendly smile. She has also helped me with financing options, and I trust her with keeping me informed on scheduling, and how much each procedure will be. Jessica, Vanessa and Joseph have impressed me with the level of care they give, also their friendliness. I truly feel a part of the family there, and will always return for my dental needs.

Long but worth it: I absolutely hate the dentist! I haven't gone in a decade because of past trauma and high anxiety. I decided it was time and through my insurance at my job I ended up with Castle Dental. My initial visit to obtain my plan of work needed was terrifying. I needed a lot of work and was scared to begin. I was called by a scheduler who stayed on top of getting me in and she greatly assisted me in coming back each time. I've been to the office 3 times and from the front staff to my dentist and her assistants have all been AMAZING! I was informed about the Care Credit card which I was approved for and that has helped tremendously due to the total cost of needed work. It is a 30 minute drive to get there and I initially wanted to change to a closer provider but they have made me comfortable with the dentist and I am almost complete with my care! Thank you so much for getting me in that chair, you have no idea how much I appreciate the work you all have done for me!
