Buddy and the team at Star Furniture have amazing customer service! They treat you like family, and are so incredibly patient. I had unfortunate circumstance occurs just after ordering my furniture. They more than understood the circumstances and they were willing to work with me any way I needed. I feel like I gained friends for life just while purchasing my living room set! Finally, old couch is gone and painting and refreshing the new space begins! Love my furniture family!

Amazing experience at Star Furniture. We were assisted by Greg Gray. Greg took his time and actually listened to us on what we were looking for when it came to getting a living room set. We were looking for something with a pop of color and something that would be good for sore backs and bodies and Greg helped us find the perfect set for us while saving us a lot of money! 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be sending people Greg’s way from now on!

Renee Morris is a fantastic sales representative. She is courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase furniture now or in the very near future.

I had the best experience furniture shopping and the crazy part was the store didn’t have the china cabinet I was looking for. However, I was helped by a lovely young women, Alanna. She was polite, extremely patient and very professional. In the spring I’m going to redecorate my living room and I will only go to Star and will only have Alanna help me. I highly recommend Renee morris. she is very helpful and knowledgeable about her job plus is very professional, and as a bonus really kind and understanding to deal with especially in assisting with what you need and what you are exactly trying to find if you are looking for the number 1 sales person in my opinion I highly encourage and suggest you talk to her.

Matt, our salesman, was extremely patient and informative while helping us select our mattresses! We returned to the store two separate times and were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the products.

Great experience mattress shopping. Matt was our salesperson and was great! Patient, answered all our questions and best of all, not a typical "pushy" salesperson. Directed us to what we were looking for. (We have bought from the Star Furniture in Clarksburg in the past with no problems, just happened to be in Morgantown looking at some other stores and decided to stop in. Glad we did.)
Mattress just delivered...delivery guys were quick and courteous.

These folks are incredibly patient, kind, and not pushy when it comes to getting the furniture you want or need. I interacted with several of the employees for a few weeks checking on a particular recliner that I was pretty dead set on even after looking at multiple pieces on the sales floor. The unfortunate thing about me and my situation is that there is the potential to have to relocate and having to wait several weeks or months for something to come in just wasn’t an option at the time. So I patiently waited for the recliner I had my heart set on, and one day I just happened to make an unplanned stop in, and they had one in stock! Of course I didn’t hesitate to make the purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the recliner or the service I received from the great people at Star Furniture.

Alanna did an excellent job at Star Furniture in Granville, WV. She was personable and helped pick out a fashionable chair, ottoman and pillow.

Matt wad fantastic! He was very transparent with us! Love the store so much!

Aurora (I think was her name) helped us out tremendously!!! We were able to find a very nice bed for our daughters new room! She is excited she has a “big girl bed!” We are very satisfied & happy with our visit & the help she gave us today!!! Even offered to get us a drink! Amazing!
