Enjoyed this very modern, clean-line coffee shop. Most importantly, excellent espresso and cappuccino, and their to-go coffee was good (it travelled well taste-wise). They had a very solid selection of breakfast options, but pastries can be hard to come by after 8:30 due to how busy it is. They have tables inside and out. The staff were very friendly but not overly so. Definitely knew their coffee business.

Delicious coffee, delicious food (I got the chia pudding with blueberries, almond butter, and cacao nibs), and friendly staff! They have an outdoor seating area that gets great sunshine in the mid-morning

I love the Roasting Co! I've been a customer since they were in Crossings, and it's so great they've become a Morgantown staple. Their food is great, the venue is awesome, I love love love their coffee, and their service is always great. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxed atmosphere to study or get a coffee with a friend. Takeout is always great!

Delicious craft coffee! Especially enjoyed the fruity and floral light roasts available in pour over. They have all the standard espresso options, and we couldn’t leave without a bag of beans. It’s the proper bougie coffee.

Easy to miss if you are speeding on Maple drive. Stopped by for coffee. Just coffee. Sidewalk seats were locked down. It would have been great to watch the morning break. Plenty of parking. Need to come back when they find the key to unlock the seats and try some of the other offerings!

Best coffee shop in town per the locals. Everything is fresh and they offer beans to go. Coffee had a very bold flavor. You can get a tub of overnight oats for breakfast. Pastries include croissants and muffins. Loved the upbeat vibe. Definitely recommend stopping by for your morning cup of joe.

But everything it’s delicious!!! They have the best cappuccino, the sandwiches are mind blowing and the staff is amazing!!!

Coffee here is divine! I've purchased a few of their whole bean coffees before as gifts for others and it's always a hit - I love coming in for a morning latte and being greeted by polite staff and quick preparation. Much better than going to the nearby Starbucks - there's always a wait there, so Mountaineer Roasting Co. serves as a much better alternative!

Wow! Absolutely Delicious! I don’t remember the last time I ordered a latte, completely finished it & wanted to order one to go.

I read the raving reviews before walking in & ordered the highly spoken of latte, and added caramel. 11/10! So silky, and perfectly balanced. I also had the caprese sandwhich which was fantastic. Don’t sleep on this place, and definitely order a second latte to go!

Ordered an avocado toast with a side of bacon. Thick-cut Italian bread was fresh and delicious. Caramel latte was well-foamed and the coffee quality was excellent. Super friendly staff, too.

I travel often for work and always look for new coffee shops. Out of all the places I’ve been this is by far my favorite coffee. Flavor was great. Coffee was very smooth. Great coffee shop atmosphere! Loved this place!

Cuz their hot latte was so good so I ordered another drink on my way out. Got the iced drip coffee. This place is one of the best coffee shops that I have been to. You can taste the difference and their quality.

This is the best local coffee roastery for specialty coffee. The interior is chic and modern with a beautiful backsplash. I've only ever been here in the morning for coffee and pastries but looks they have a bar area as well. Really recommend visiting here if you appreciate good coffee.

We have traveled all over the country and hands down this place has one of the best lattes and Americanos. Simply delicious! They are consistent and always worth the stop.

The best coffee I’ve ever had and a very comfortable atmosphere! Everyone who works here is very nice to me, and always has a great attitude! I come here often to do work and get coffee or an açaí bowl!

The coffee here is absolutely excellent 👌The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. I can't wait to stop by again on my next trip through town.

They have amazing coffee and great snacks. The menu is always growing. A very trendy place to be. Modern/Clean/Inviting a must visit when coming to Morgantown. Draft beer coming soon can't wait. You can also watch the roasting process super cool.
