A MODERN "old time" hardware store. It is as if the staff feel that they cannot help you enough. Their pro-active customer service greatly enhanced the speed at which I finished my task. I did not have to search out an employee. They found me almost as soon as I walked in the door, hence the "old time" reference at the beginning of this review. The location was busy. A lot of people coming and going, yet I only waited 2-3 minutes in line to make my purchases at the cash register. Bravo Ace Hardware! This Ace Hardware is the epitomy of the adage -Ace Is Place With The Helpful Hardware Man- store!

Best customer service. It was so nice to walk into a business and be greeted by a helpful staff. They got me what I needed and out the door I went. I will drive out of my way to shop here.

I have been going here for years. The employees are always very polite, knowledgeable, and quick to help you find anything you’re looking for. They also have better prices than amazon or any big box store too.

These guys are great! Very helpful staff that is always ready to jump up and help you. They can also do oddball key cutting some other places can't. I wish they were open more hours.

It honestly pays to shop here if you are in a hurry and you don't want to fool with going to a big box store where there's entirely to much real-estate to cover besides the prices are comprable and the staff are knowledgeable and quick to help you as soon as you walk to the door. Fast effective service with a smile. I almost always seem to find what I'm looking for here . Now that's my kind of shopping experience.

Prices may be slightly higher than a big box store but definitely get better service. Someone other than a paid doorman greets you every time.

Although it felt like I was being attacked when I walked in when both employees asked me what I needed, they actually helped me out and I was just being antisocial.
