Pies & Pints - Morgantown, WV

I have been here a few times now, and every one of those times, the food has been amazing. The staff is very friendly. They have a large selection of beers, which I loved since I'm a dark beer drinker, and they had several to choose from. On this last visit, I started with the rosemary and roasted garlic flatbread, which was amazing and delicious. For the main event, I got a half and half pizza with the featured pizza of the month, The Heirloom Tomato Pie and Nashville Hot Chicken. This pizza had HUGE slices of tomato on it; it was incredible the size of the tomatoes they used. The Nashville Hot Chicken is a go-to for me; it has fresh pickles on it, which just completes this awesome combination. The crust was perfect; it was crispy, light, and had good flavor. Needless to say, if I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely visit.

Pizza was absolutely great!!! It was my coworkers first time and she was low carving but they offer cauliflower crust which she loved!!! Beer selection was low mostly ipa and ales unfortunately not many lagers, stouts, porters and the good stuff haha. Service was great though the waiter and the bar tender were very informative and kind. Also, was not too busy we got a seat right away!

Holy cow! This place is amazing, I highly recommend getting the potato skins pizza. I think it's called the pizza skins? It sounds weird but is amazing. The service, the atmosphere, and the pizza is probably the best I've had since Connecticut.

This pizza place is the best in the area! I love how the crust is so well made and tasty. Their wings are amazing too!! I had a great experience and our server was really sweet. Highly recommend!!!

Loved loved loved the place.Came her on a friend’s recommendation during our 2day visit and I am Impressed.we ordered 2 pies..The Thai shrimp and Chicken Gouda and both were magnificent.Chicken Gouda was really yummy leaving us asking for more.The Thai pizza was unique with subtle sweetness and gave us a different feel.The beer 🍻 selections were huge and we ended up liking what we ordered.CHarcoal grilled wings were tasty but a bit bland for our taste.The decor was aesthetic and overall a great experience and would recommend trying it for sure.

So cute , yummy and kid friendly! Look at the “kids plate” they offered. Cut grapes, cheese and a choice between chicken and pepperoni. The pizza was hot and delicious and authentic tasting. We will be back! Service was prompt and so nice too

Went there today for a quick lunch- service was quick and hospitable, and a great atmosphere. I got the caprese sandwich, and it was incredible. This was the BEST sandwich that I have had in awhile, will certainly be coming back again! If I could give the food 6 stars I would.

Best Pizza in Morgantown by far. If you are near Pies and pints make sure you check it out. Everything we have ever ordered from them has been top notch. Definitely recommend 100%. Fresh ingredients and clean and the staff are so helpful.

Its overall a very good. The rustic atmosphere isn't really to my taste but I do enjoy a lot of what they offer. They are known blunders from time to time. But I'm not exactly surprised. They're always so busy in the evenings when I am there.

It's one of my top pizza places to go to in Morgantown. Their firestone pizza is sooo good. Their pork nachos and pizza skins are also very tasty. They have different types of pizzas. Some even have grapes, if you like fruit on pizza it is also very good. The servers are always polite. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is nice.

It’s a must place to visit if you are in the area.
Grapes on a pizza…. Are You Crazy?
Well the answer to that is, no it’s Awesome.
We were visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a try. We ordered the grape pizza with balsamic glaze. The concept seemed very odd, but it turns out that it is awesome. We also did the street corn pizza as well, which was very different and very good.
Our server was incredibly helpful, walked us through the menu and gave us some great recommendations.

They have great gluten free options. The staff is very friendly.

This is the first time my wife and I have eaten here and let me it's a wonderful treat if you're a true pizza lover. They also have root beer on tap which I highly suggest to try. Plenty of beer and wine to choose from as well. Also a kid friendly place. This is a must have to visit.

The food is excellent! Great drinks and great service always.

I don't drink a lot of beer, so I asked my waitress Lexi for a recommendation and she brought out an amazing sampler. She also recommended the sriracha shrimp pizza and it was out of this world! Had an awesome time here, and I'll be sure to stop by again before I leave town.

Great little place. Still am not sure I like grapes on pizza, but that was her pizza. Mine had meat. Good meat.
The curated pizza selection is really cool, and of course you can build your own.

What a great meal. My husband and I are visiting from out of town for a reunion and wanted to go out on a date while in town. Pies and Pints had huge nachos that had flavor and the grilled wings with the gorgonzola sauce were delicious. We ordered two 10 inch pies to share with each other. There was plenty of food. I ordered the mozzarella caprese which was light, cheesy, and refreshing. My husband got the street corn pizza that had a chipotle crema that made the bite remind you of actual street corn. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening eating our meal under the patio lights.

This place was the best!! Great pies, pints, and service. We started out with the wings that were grilled instead of fried. These were the best wings I think I ever had out. They we're blackened with a chard-grilled taste spiced with a peppery seasoning that wasn't too hot, but had a little kick. They give you this incredibly delicious creamy gorgonzola dressing that was a great cool down though.
After we were almost done with our wings our pie and sandwich came. Our server Kaileigh, explained that if we ordered a 16" pie that we could choose half of one kind and half of another. That was great because there were so many different kinds of pies to pick from. We got half pine and swine and half steak and mushroom. Both were equally awesome. The pine and swine was a tasty pie with pineapple and thin slices of bacon, caramelized onions, and feta cheese. Yummmmmmm The steak and mushroom pie was delicious with a combination of huge chunks of steak, mushrooms, gorgonzola, caramelized onions, and a creamy sauce made with horseradish and scallions. It was amazing!!!!
We had to try one of their sandwiches, so we chose an Italian hero. It was loaded with fresh meats and cheese. It didn't have the regular lettuce tomato onion and Italian dressing on it, instead it had roasted sweet peppers and onions with melted provolone and vinaigrette dressing. It was really good and I would definitely get it again.
With our whole dinner with quenched our thirst with their creamy draft root beer that had the full flavor that brought you back to old time root beer.
The only thing that I could say slightly negative about this place was that the lighting needed to be a little bit brighter. It was hard to read the menu with such dim lighting.We had to turn the flashlights on our cellphones to read it. Even though this was a little discouraging, in the end this place was really worth going to and I definitely plan on going back. The food was so amazing, plus the service was fast and friendly. I give it five stars.
