I've been with Wedgewood for over 40 years.
I've never had an issue. They have always been there for me when needed.

This location is no exception!

Had an issue. Went. Got right in. Took the time to see me. Figured out the issue I was having and got me on my way.

Quick in. Quick out.

Very attentive.

Had an amazing experience. Had a deadline approaching to get a shot for clinicals and was unable to get it anywhere else within a 30mi radius. My nurse was very friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were very kind. Definitely going to come to this location for care more in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Bowlin has been our family’s primary since my daughter was born and he’s still just as awesome now as he was then! He’s very understanding, genuinely shows compassion and always follows through with his concerns for his patients’ health care needs until answers are found! I respect his profession and his abilities to always find a way to help and heal. I recommend him and his colleagues to anyone searching for a primary care physician(s) in this area…

very happy with the wait time and result time. Competent and efficient professional examined and diagnosed my issue. Very quickly on my way to pharmacy and have less pain and inflammation from the minor but very uncomfortable eye condition

Med express was my normal go to. Because of their lackadaisical performance. I decided to try Wedgewood. ( DOT Physical )..... I am very satisfied with my visit. The young ladies were polite , fast, & efficient.... That was new to me. The nurse who took me back was a fast efficient fun little lady. There was about a 30 minute lag waiting for the doctor. But when he came I realized he was the guy running around like a chicken. If you're busy you're busy.. just the way it is.It was an overall no hassle visit.I will never darken Med Expresses door again. Great Job ladies & gentlemen.

Dr. Byron is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and takes time to really assess your situation and find the best possible plan of care. He also explains everything very well. I feel better about my situation every time I leave his office. His nurse is very caring as well.

Wedgewood has treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and excellence for many years. Dr. Dixon is second to none and I recommend him and his practice without any hesitation. I would give six stars if I could!

Literally the best medical office experience I've ever had. Everyone there was exceptionally nice.

Dr. Bowlin is a great pediatrician. He listens well, is knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

They were running a bit late, but once the appointment began both the nurse and the doctor were extremely good listeners. They took my loved one seriously and arranged for thorough testing and follow-up.

Dr. Bowlin is my primary care physician. He is patient, thorough, and he listens. I am extremely happy with his care. I have also had occasion to visit the urgent care clinic. I am always taken in quickly and folks are kind and supportive. I have been given care that helps me every time I have ever gone to the clinic.

Dr. Dixon was good and is one of the only doctors that actually listens (the only doctor I have seen that doesn't interrupt people within 30 seconds). He was friendly and professional. The front desk was a mixed bag. There is one guy who is very courteous, professional, and competent. The others, well...
-They spelled my name wrong, and then told me I gave it to them wrong (my name is Peter, they wrote it down as Teeter [I think I know my own name, and I've never heard that problem before]). They were very confused when I called them to confirm my appointment and gave them my name.
-When coming in for a first appointment, they neglected to give me any paperwork to fill out until I asked them if I needed to fill anything out while waiting.
-they DO NOT call back
-Talked about scheduling an appointment after a diagnostic came back positive, diagnostic was done, never called me.
-During making the initial appointment, they asked me for my birthday 5 separate times.
-Instead of calling me to give me my blood test results, like they said they would, they mailed it when I asked them not to.
-No one told me I needed to fast when I set up my appointment for a blood screening

One or three of these things, no big deal, but all of these things? This is not over the course of a year either, I have attended one appointment.
