Brad and his staff are responsive.
You never have to wonder what is going on.
I had a leak due to multiple issues with my chimney. And it is now bone dry thanks to him.
Brad, replaced I would say ten or more bricks, repointeo the chimney, and coated the crown.
He and his crew were professional from start to finish and didn't leave a speck of brick in the yard or on my roof.
The price was absolutely phenomenal.
He is a straight shooter. Look no further.
I am going to be having him back for more work.
Please note that the pics are not the finished product at the moment. Brad is coming back to clean the brick and sheathing completely and to seal the brick and mortar.

From start to finish, Michelle and Brad were an absolute pleasure to work with. We inherited a gas fireplace when we moved, and had always wanted to have a wood fireplace like in our old home. After trying several other options, I finally got recommended to Grizzly's. They helped me identify the make and model of my existing gas fireplace and connected me with another company that helped to confirm that it was a hybrid model that can do gas and wood, so I set about planning a Christmas surprise for my wife.

Michelle helped me pick out fireplace accessories over the phone and text, and even placed an order on their Amazon account for something they didn't have so that my wife wouldn't see the purchase in our Amazon account. She even made sure that the scheduled visit was early enough in the day that it could be completed before my wife came home and could have a big surprising reveal.

Brad was super friendly and inspected the chimney and cap and had my full confidence. He removed the old gas log, and then bagged and boxed it up so we could keep it in case we ever decide to go back to gas. He was also very mindful about the dust and ash and made sure things were spotless before the job was done. The icing on the cake was that since it was a gas fireplace, Brad was able to install a gas starter so we can turn on the gas to get the logs started and don't even need to use fire-starters!

My wife and I are SO pleased to have a wood-burning fireplace just in time for Christmas!

Fabulous company! Brad and Michelle are just top-notch. They were kind enough to service our chimney and fireplace, even though we live almost an hour from their business. Other companies would not come to us because of the distance. Then, when we wanted to change our open, wood-burning fireplace to an efficient unit that would heat our home, it took 5 or 6 trips from the beginning of the project to the end. Initially, Brad consulted other professionals in the business about our job who said it couldn't be done, but Brad measured, researched, and came up with a plan. It involved removing existing brick, opening a wall, doing the installation, and then re-bricking the fireplace. He and his working partner, Blake, had to move the heating unit, which weighed about 500 pounds, into an angled space with less than a half inch to spare. This was a very difficult job all the way around.
I was so impressed with how professional Brad was throughout all of this. He consulted with me every step of the way to make sure I approved of the choices. Brad is a perfectionist. He took his time and did it right. He was also great about cleaning up at the end of each night, so I didn't even need to deal with the construction mess. Brad instantly impressed me as an honest, upright dependable contractor.
I had a chimney in severe disrepair that had to be rebuilt. He gave me a fair estimate, great suggestions to improve the chimney for our use and a scheduled time to begin. The date was a few weeks in advance, but in spite of difficulties beyond his control, he managed to start on the day that he promised, did great work and completed on time.

My first impression turned out to be very accurate!

Brad and the team did an excellent job repairing my chimney. It was cost effective but that did not sacrifice quality. Very easy to work with and communicate with. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing repairs done.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Brad and Grizzly's Chimney Sweep. We asked an almost impossible task of him. Clean our main fireplace chimney and restore 5 other walls of brick within our home. Oh. And can you get it done within two weeks?! He made it clear he was booked solid. But said he wanted the job and would get it done before our deadline. And he wasn't lying. After hours and on weekends - Brad showed up and worked. And I am IN LOVE with the final product. He was thorough. Honest. Diligent. A total professional. Thank you for taking on our project and totally rocking it!

Everything about this company is top notch and professional. They were timely, efficient, and did quality work. They cleaned and revitalized my 60-yr old chimney and fireplace that I hadn't used in 30+ years. They installed a new gas insert and tuck pointed the outside weather beaten chimney. They did all that work at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Brad and his crew to anyone needing similar work done.

Knock out job. They came out and got us taken care of on short notice. Much better experience than the last company we used. They even replaced the missing parts on our 1912 built fireplaces. Also let my seven year old son watch and ask questions the entire time. Will definitely be using them before every winter!!! Thanks!!!

Kerrick did an amazing job. He showed up early and was very professional. This is my first time having a wood burning fireplace and he told all about how to use it properly. The chimney looked like it had never been cleaned and now it looks spotless. I will definitely be using them again for my cleaning services and would recommend them to everyone!

I had more than one chimney service look at our fireplace, and Grizzly's was the best! Brad was efficient, polite, and completely fair with price (in fact, I don't think he charged me enough!). I first met Brad as a homeowner when I saw his truck at a neighboring home, where he was attending to a chimney issue. His schedule was such that he could take a look at our chimney to determine if it needed cleaning. How easy it would have been to say "oh yes, you've a big mess in there and immediate attention is needed" where instead we were told it was in excellent condition and nothing was needed at that time and there was no charge!!! I have since used and referred Grizzly's more times than I remember. In each and every case, Brad has been honest in his assessment of condition and fair with his estimates.
