I’ve been going to this gym since I recently moved to the area and I have been so happy to all this my new home gym. Always clean, weights always racked, and my morning visits always go uninterrupted and great! Been to many crunch locations and this has to be my favorite.

I have been pleasantly surprised of how great this gym is! Brand new equipment, tanning beds are much better than in a tanning salon. Love to come here.

This is a premiere gym for the serious workout crowd and novice gym goers alike. With a wide selection of free weights, benches, machines, cardio equipments, and a HIIT zone, you will find whatever you need for all your exercise needs. Additionally, the crowds are never to the point of impeding your workout routines even during peak hours. To top it off, management and staff are amazing and the prices are very very reasonable. Highly highly recommend it!

The crunch fitness in Palatine is by far the BEST gym I've ever been to and I've tried so many different places! Everything about it is great. I have to say I've never felt so welcomed and comfortable at a gym. The staff here really gets to know the people that come in and it feels like a big family.

There are so many different classes that you can take, and the instructors are personable, fun, and SO welcoming. The facility overall is well maintained, clean, and isn't overcrowded. I've done personal training sessions with Jack and I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to set goals and achieve them! He caters the workouts to my needs and my personal goals, and you can tell that he really wants to see you hit those goals!! The gym also offers tanning, hydromassage, and they have body scans to help track your progress too!

Absolutely love this Gym, and I’ve been to most. They handled this pandemic so well, I never felt unsafe. They have kept it meticulously clean.
The staff here is amazing, very genuine. The price is so reasonable as well. Obviously I’m a pleased with Crunch Palatine ☺

The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help out members! The gym is super clean and the machines are new and maintained well. They have a wide variety of group fitness classes offered with really fun instructors and super helpful PT staff. Wouldn't want to join any other gym!

Recently joined this gym as I was looking for something closer to home, and was primarily interested in free weights, and the value of my membership vs extra amenities that I rarely use (swimming pool, b-ball courts, etc)

1 week into it and I’m very pleased. Members and staff are friendly, gym is pretty clean considering it’s not as large and busy as LA/X-Sport/Lifetime around lunch time/early afternoon. Sign up process took 5-10min since I knew exactly what I wanted and called ahead of time.

The only thing I would suggest is having more clips for the barbells, but I’m assuming they’re being stolen considering they’re one of the nicest clips I’ve ever used the one time I saw them available. May consider bringing in my own set to address this issue. Still 5/5 stars overall. Hard to beat for what was $9.99, and now $15/month for the basic plan.

This place is great. Very affordable. They have best equipment. The tanning beds are just as good if not better that a tanning salon. Hydromassage, small group classes, spinning. They really don't go cheap on anything here. Its tastefully decorated. The staff and instructors are awesome. I didn't work out much until this gym opened and now I go all the time. I love it

Been a member for a little more than a year now. Monica and her team are awesome. We always get a smile coming in, and a farewell greeting on the way out. Crunch has plenty of equipment, and the daily class schedule is packed with fun fitness classes and great instructors. Just the place we needed to maintain our fitness goals all year round!

I came for a short term stay around Palatine. The gym has a great variety of equipment which is well maintained and reasonably new. The staff were friendly from day 1 (despite knowing that I will only be there for a short time). They did not do the typical high pressure sales tactics. Other people at the gym are happy and friendly. Pricing was fair given the quality of the gym.

I would definitely recommend and come back to this gym. Thanks to all the staff.

I have had an absolutely terrific experience at Crunch Palatine. The assistant manager Matt is genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate souls I’ve ever met. He is always receptive to my questions, concerns, and requests. I love Crunch Palatine, and I love Matt 🥰🥰🥰

Gym had very polite employees and everyone does their own thing. It’s a pleasure going almost everyday. Has more than enough machines and any issues with them are fixed asap

I absolutely love Crunch and specifically, this location. The gym is so clean and it has an abundance of machines—I especially love the turf area for HIIT exercises. The staff are also wonderful! Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. I’ve been a member to several gyms before (LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, and Lifetime) and this one is hands down, my favorite. The membership is so affordable and I have learned that more expensive gym memberships at other gyms are not always worth the hype; this gym has everything I need.

This is one my favorite gyms to come to! Medium sized but not too small and it has everything you need to get your lifts in! Doesnt get too crowded at night and it’s located in a really convenient and close area, the workers are always super nice and chill!

I only go here as a guest, which, is probably the best part. It has a great deal in which one person purchases a membership and can bring a guest anytime. The staff is friendly the facility is amazing. It is a huge gym that has multiple machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. It even has a small turf field with a push sled. If you are in the area I would suggest going to this gym!

I have belonged to many different gyms over the years, and this gym is a great value for the price. They have everything I need to get a great workout and I especially love the Spin and HIIT classes. Much to my own surprise I purchased a training package (which in the past, has always ended in disappointment). My trainer, Taylor, totally customizes my plan to meet my unique needs. I do workouts on my own and he sends me the weekly nutrition plan, and I send my weight to him every week. The accountability has been exactly what I needed and I've lost almost 30 pounds! Not only that but he is my biggest champion and cheerleader. I love it here at Crunch!

Love this gym! Been going here since they opened. The staff and environment is great! The classes are super fun! Best gym I’ve been to by far!

awesome awesome place. larger than i thought and equipment is relatively new and clean. stuffs are super nice and helpful. try to avoid 5 to 7pm tho, super crowded with some ppl pretending to be Schwarzenegger. Still, considering the price, this place is almost perfect.
