Dr. Patel is really attentive and honest. I took my 2 year old and he did great! He is great and patient with kids. The staff is kind and friendly. Definitely would recommend him!

We have been going to Dr. Patel for awhile now. His patience and kindness is truly unmatched. I have 2 boys (8 and 6)- my oldest struggles with major anxiety. Upon learning he needed a tooth pulled, the anxiety kicked in hugely. Dr. Patel was SO amazing and his staff were WONDERFULLY gentle and incredibly patient with him. At the same time my 6 year old needed TWO cavities filled. Not one single tear and had NO idea he’d even had a shot! What could’ve been a disastrous day ended with much talk of how COOL Dr. Patel is. If I could’ve given ten stars, I would. If you’re looking for an honest, affordable and just all around awesome Dentist, he’s your guy. Very clean facility, easy to make appointments, the staff are all very courteous and professional- call today, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Patel is truly a great guy. He genuinely cares about his patients. He also is very knowledgeable and can answer all my more science related questions very thoroughly, which is a trait I love in a doctor or dentist. I honestly always look forward to coming into the office despite it even being for a cavity. Highly recommend.

Most friendly and thorough Dentist I've ever been to. Visits are fast, staff are helpful, and the Dentist seems to truly cares. My wife and I have gone here for a few years now, and won't go anywhere else.

I've seen Dr Hetal Patel for the last 2 years now. He is the best dentist that I've ever had in over 55 years. His practice has the latest and most up-to-date technology and sanitation measures, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and Dr. Patel himself is the nicest, kindest, most personable dentist ever. He really excels at explaining procedures and other details in an easy-to-understand way but never comes across as condescending. He really cares about his patients and everything in the practice reflects that. My husband sees his wife, the other dentist in the practice, and he really loves her too. I recently had a tooth crack off around an old filling, and unfortunately my insurance wouldn't pay for a new crown and it had to be filled. Dr Patel did an excellent job on it and it almost seems like a new tooth. He had to layer the white filling to be sure it would dry and stabilize since it was so large and he really took a lot of time and care to ensure the best possible result. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a dentist.

After 20 years, my dentist passed away and I was forced to look for a replacement. I tried various places and none of them seemed to truly care about their patient, just their bottom line. My husband found Dr. Patel for us and I am more than thrilled. I have a bad case of TMJ which makes even a simple cleaning rather difficult. Dr. Patel was very understanding and was extra cautious while working on my teeth. He is unlike other dentists in the area and I strongly recommend him! My first experience with him was great and I'm looking forward to being a loyal patient for many years! oh, and my smile now looks great!!

I no longer hate to go to the dentist since I've found Dr. Patel. Very highly recommend him. Whole staff is friendly and professional. Office is not just clean, but sanitary. I haven't had a good experience going to the dentist in 45 years, until today. Now I'm (almost) excited to go back in six months.

Dr. Patel is a wonderful dentist. He listens and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. He is great with kids too. So glad we found them and highly recommend!

I've seen both doctors now and they are equally amazing. The ladies who take care of reception and assist during appointments are also really wonderful. Dr. Patel and Dr. Mehta are both exceptional dentists! My family has been going to see them for more than 2 years. We have gone for cleanings, fillings, and extractions and my husband recently had an partial denture made that allowed him to have a nice professional smile again.

After six months, I just visited Dr. Patel's office again after I went to a dentist in my insurance network (Pristine Dental in West Chicago) and left unsatisfied with her assessment of a filling that was in need of repair. The dentist had informed me, after looking at my x-rays, that refilling wasn't an option but that I would need a root canal. She then advised me to "ride it out" until middle-age, even though my filling wasn't in good shape, and plan on having a crown installed once it becomes a real bother. "That, or a miracle," she said. "Those are your options. For now, be careful chewing crunchy things."

Frustrated, I called my insurance company and was pleased to discover that Dr. Patel was also in my insurance network, so I scheduled an appointment with him. And, as anticipated, he saved my tooth without a root canal. He took the time to carefully remove the filling and replace it, and now my molar is as good as new.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Patel prioritizes dental preservation rather than replacement, even when it may require more meticulous work than simply drilling away. And, as mentioned before, he does great work, is extremely professional, and is a pleasant conversationalist during one's visit. I highly recommend his services. You won't be disappointed in seeking out his office. I'm keeping him as my dentist and will recommend him to anyone I know.

Honestly, best dental experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely love coming here! My family and I even moved about 25 min away and we all will still continue to come despite the drive. Both doctors are great as well as the staff. Pleasant experience EVERY time!

I have been to West Chicago Dental Center 3 times now, and the overall experience has been great. They have appointments on a Saturday that met my schedule - and each visit saw me right on time. I saw Dr. Hetal Patel, and he did the basic cleaning & exam. In the x-rays, he mentioned that there were two old fillings to keep an eye on. One of them had moved slightly, and a cavity was forming below the filling, so needed to be replaced. The other one was starting to deteriorate, but did not need any immediate action.

Dr. Patel was very patient in explaining my options, and went over what types of things I might expect down the road with this tooth where the filling had moved. Since the filling was already large, it is possible that the tooth would need a crown at some point, but he recommended waiting until well after the filling so that we could be sure there wasn't any nerve damage. I liked that he wasn't pushy in recommending anything more than what was needed. I have been very pleased & would definitely recommend West Chicago Dental Center to friends!

I absolutely love Dr. Patel. I am not one that likes the dentist, it causes so much anxiety just to go. Today I saw Dr. Patel and he talked me through my dental procedure and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him to everyone.

This office is brand new, but the dentist here knows his stuff. They work with you to help you understand any problems. I really like Dr. Patel and his team is great too. The office is cute and comfortable too.

Dr. Hetal B. Patel is amazing! Very knowledgeable. He makes you feel very welcomed the moment you walk in, and the dental work he does is impeccable. I visited his office back in 2013, he did a filling on one of my teeth then I had to see a different Dentist at the beginning of the yr (2016) due to the change of insurance providers. I saw the North ave. Dental Associates in West Chicago who continued working on my teeth doing a terrible work. The Dentist there wanted to do a root canal on one of my molars that started hurting terribly after he put a in a filling. Molar, that wasn't even hurting before I went into their office. I didn't want to get the procedure done right away, since the whole reason for me to get the fillings removed was just to get rid of the amalgams (metal) fillings and get the white composites instead. I went back to West Chicago Dental Center with Dr. Hetal Patel, and asked him for some guidance on the situation. He patiently took an X-ray and notice that everything seem to be OK with my molar, but noticed that the filling was too high. All he did was to reduce it, and my molar stop hurting. He did not charge me a penny for what he did, and if it wasn't for Dr. Patel I would have gotten an unnecessary root canal and would have paid that other terrible office on Rt. 64 over $700. Today, I went back to Mr. Patel's office to get the rest of the fillings done, and once again it was a great experience. I never write reviews, but this Doctor deserves recognition! He loves his profession, and you notice it the moment you walk into his office. 100% recommended. Thank you very much Dr. Patel.

Dr. Hetal patel is very very good.This place is absolutely fantastic. I've had a fair amount of work done here and would really recommend them to people on a budget and in need of work. The staff is helpful and friendly and so far I don't had a single complaint.Extremely nice with everyone I came in contact with. Everything was explained throughout my first visit. At the end of the visit, everything was in detail on what needs to be done in the future including pricing.
