I really like the west Chicago jewel. Not as packed, but it’s taken me awhile to figure out the new layout.

It's a typical Jewel-Osco grocery store! I have been going to this location when in route, or closest to my destination... Most of the employees are polite and helpful, especially at the deli in bakery. But all in all this business as a whole is ordinary but it supplies in stocks most people's basic grocery needs

Of any Jewel I have ever been to, this W Chi location, by far, has the most friendly and warm staff. Great selection and well-maintained store. I will often drive out of my way to come to this Jewel.

One of the nicer original older style Jewel food stores I have shopped. The manager here is warm, friendly and makes the shopping chore seem fun! Good selection and fresh produce!

I'm from Indiana, but an over the road trucker based out of Elmhurst, IL. Never had a bad experience or purchase at any of the Jewels. Really like those with fresh fish. Provides me the opportunity to cook my own, in the truck. Saves money and healthier. I also appreciate they allow me to park in the back or side to make my weekly purchases. I think I can say for other drivers looking to stock our trucks and go, thank you and your friendly employees.

My go to place for grocery shopping. It's well stocked, never too crowded, and the store is overall clean. I pass 2 other Jewel Osco stores to get to this store. It's still clean and well stocked after going there two years.

I prefer the West Chicago Jewel to the bigger one in Wheaton for a variety of reasons. Their selection is more diverse in many areas for some reason. They also don't get swamped like Wheaton and Glen Ellyn do so getting some is easier. The traffic flow into and out of the Jewel is also better than the Wheaton store.

People are helpful, prices are good especially if you watch the sales.

Showed up an hour before close on Xmas eve and the store was packed and I was nervous that the checkout would be a nut house. I had placed a sandwich catering order with the deli, and they made sure to help me out right away and loaded up my cart. I then spent the next 30 mins doing shopping for my party, was so happy that they were staffed for this craziness and managed to keep the shelves stocked. I got to the checkout and every lane was open and they all had lines but nothing crazy. The cashiers and baggers were just working at a amazing pace and I was checked out and heading out before I knew it. Thank goodness everyone was there and so helpful and cheerful.

Clean well stocked store no frills the don't sell gym shoes or appliances. Just old fashioned grocery store . With real people behind meat counter not black package meat that's been on a cargo ship from China. Our family has been shopping at Jewel for 75 year's. And there still here☺

Everyone is so helpful! Deli staff are amazing and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. Always cook you fresh items when you stop in late on the way home from work.

The staff are actually interactive; they made me feel like a person not a number. Great grocery selection too!

Great place to buy anything, I was buying and it was so cheap.

Susan at Store #3338 (West Chicago, IL on Roosevelt Rd.) was VERY helpful! Our business owners purchased 17 turkeys for their employees. Susan was courteous over the phone and in person. She reserved 17 12-14 pound turkeys and set them out 11/25/2019 to start the thawing process for use on Thanksgiving Day. Store 3338 has great service and terrific sales for turkeys. We recommend Jewel/Osco store 3338!

We always purchase flowers here and they are fresh.

This location always seems to be well stocked with everything I need. Pharmacy department is very helpful in finding alternate medications when patient prescribed medication is too expensive.

Seems like a smaller establishment than what I know but nonetheless, I got what I came for ( just a few items, really).... and I'm glad the lines were not at all long!!

Shout out to deli department wow excellent quality and they topped it off with same level of customer service experience
