All the ladies do such an amazing job! They are quick and really pay attention to detail. I like how they always update my notes so they can know exactly what I want and any of them can do it. The check in feature is great other then I would like to schedule an appointment at times because the wait time can very at times and make it difficult if driving to the location. Keep up the great work it is always noticed. They put the Great in Clips!!

My son decided he was bored and cut his own hair leaving chunks of missing hair on his head went to the charlotte location to ask what I could do to fix my sons hair and guard size I would have to use since I was short on money and the lady had my son sit in her chair and helped us out so thankful for her help my son my not be happy with the hair cut but hopefully he learned his lesson on cutting his own hair will definitely continue to use great clips of Charlotte the ladies are awsome

My son got a haircut a week ago that turned out horrible, I’ve always used great clips and drove an hour to come to this one. The staff was very professional, the salon was clean and they were all very friendly. I dealt with Heidi, I highly suggest her she was very nice, good with my little and got his hair back to looking GREAT! Thanks great clips💜

I have always received great service any time that I've gone here. Their prices are very reasonable, and they occasionally print coupons on the bottoms of the receipts for your next visit.

The staff is very friendly and extremely patient with children, my grandson did not want his hair cut he cried and cried but Ginger hung in there until the job was done! They gave him M & M's when he was done even though he was a pain in the butt which made him finally smile.

Amazing people cutting hair there! I went in for a drastic hair cut I wanted a change, prepared to pay and tip my hairdresser! I cut so much off my hair at once they had 18 in. To donate to wigs for kids and ended up being a free cut! I was supprised so I tipped my hairdresser the cost of my cut! Thanks so much great clips, I will be back!
