The Cup

For the first time coming here I was impressed. The server was nice and greeted us. She told us about the cupcakes and told us about the popular options. It was a nice environment and they have a nice taste in music. I will be back to get another desert!

We placed an order in advance for some cupcakes for my birthday a couple days ago. They were excellent! Additionally the service was great. I am secretly plotting my next trip back to St. Louis to get some more of these delicious cupcakes! 😋 10/10 recommend.

This is one of the cutest coffee shops I have ever seen. It is in a very safe and hip neighborhood. The coffee was great and the food was excellent. I love the fact that they had gluten-free options in regard to cupcakes. I always enjoy supporting small businesses versus major corporation stores. If you're in the area it is worth going to. Also, the prices were very reasonable for a coffee shop in a major city.

The customer service was great. It has a cute and trendy look. The cupcakes are nice sizes and taste amazing. I have the perfect consistency and the word most people hate, moist. I got the peanut butter cup one and the tuxedo. They do have vegan options and ice cream/ dip and dots. They also have cake and whole cakes. Will definitely go back 10-10

We had 4 flavors of The Cup cupcakes (red velvet, raspberry, chocolate, and vanilla) for our wedding and they were a huge hit! Not a single cupcake was left over (we ordered 1 per person). Sylvie was so lovely to work with and get a quote from. We had a tasting with her and she helped us pick our custom frosting/sprinkle decorations. There were vegan and gluten-free options. We picked up the cupcakes on the day before our wedding frozen and transported them in sturdy boxes to our venue ~1.5 hrs away, and thawed them 3 hours before the reception. They were in perfect condition and so deliciously moist. Highly recommend!

The strawberries and crème cupcake and the coffee cake cupcake are so delicious. Well worth the drive! The ladies are always so nice when I come in and the prices are so good. Will be back soon for our sweet treat.

If you want delicious colorful treat, this is a place to go for yummy cupcakes. I found this little place while visiting the area ! I definitely enjoy this cute little place. The size of the cupcakes are amazing with affordable prices. I love it ! I definitely will be ordering from them for my special occasions. Must visit !

Please go here! Not only are the cupcakes delicious, but the staff was so kind. Our group was walking back to our car when the tornado sirens started going off and the green suddenly turn nasty green. It was terrifying. We dashed into their storefront. The staff was calm and went out of their way to make sure everyone was safe.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had them make five different flavors of cupcakes for our wedding and we had so many people ask where they were from. Absolutely amazing!! The customers service was great and they were very easy to work with. The price was very reasonable given that the cupcakes are GIANT. So so good! Highly recommend!

I can never have a bad experience at The Cup (not that I am looking to have one). I was in the area doing volunteer work and knew that they had just had the new sign installed...love it and love them! #stlmetrofoodie

We stopped by The Cup today on our way home from the Cherokee Street Market - mostly because they sent an e-mail with the offer of a free cupcake for active duty and veterans of the US Military. Once you go in and start looking at the cupcakes you cannot get just one, though, so I go four. I kinda wish I had gotten a couple more because they are pretty nice. I even told the baker that I felt that I was going to regret not getting more, but she said they would be there and I could always come back, so I stuck with the four I got. They all looked so good. I had drank a Delta 8 THC seltzer water a while before I got there (don't worry, my wife was driving) and was just a tad buzzed which made those cupcakes look even better. We split the Carrot Top and Cookie Dough cupcakes right after we got home and are saving the Strawberries and Cream and the Cuppa Coffee Cake for dessert tonight.

Cute store, friendly and helpful staff, yummy cupcakes. I picked up a tasting box for an upcoming wedding. Silvia has been very helpful and responsive. I look forward to recommending The Cup to my brother's fiancé.

UPDATE: We ended up using The Cup for my brother's wedding and we were very happy with it. We ordered a 6" cake for the bride and groom to cut and cupcakes for everyone else - which was great because the B&G had dietary requirements and everyone else got their "unhealthy" cake. The flavor was great, delivery was ontime, and design was exactly as requested. I would definitely recommend The Cup for events in the St. Louis area.

These were the best cupcakes I have ever had. I had Summer Crush and Triple Key Lime. Amazing.

I ordered a 9-inch strawberry cake for my birthday and I was not disappointed. The flavors were magical…. Possibly the best cake I’ve had in my life lol. I didn’t know what to expect but will definitely order again after my experience.

How can one describe the absolute most fantastical cupcake in the entire universe. Idk. We arrived at approx 5 pm and the cupcakes tasted like they was just made. A must try.

Stopped by today after lunch and got the limited edition raspberry truffle cupcake. Best cupcake ever!! The cup never disappoints with their flavors.

My favorite cupcake place! The softest and most flavorful cupcakes in St. Louis. They're reasonably priced and worth every penny!

My husband and I live 3 hours away from St. Louis, but every time we come to the city we always make a special trip to The Cup no matter how far away. They have BY FAR the best cupcakes we’ve ever had! Every time we come in they have new flavors for us to try and the staff is always so friendly and amazing. We could not recommend this place more!

My favorite food is cake. My favorite cake is “The Cup” French Vanilla with their famous buttercream. The photo attached is a cupcake made to look like spaghetti and meatballs. It tasted, and I do not overstate, like the flawless marriage of chocolate, raspberry, and vanilla cake. This bakery is one of the best reasons to live in the CWE, hands down.

Nice atmosphere, high quality deserts (cupcake, gooey butter cake), great location, and the friendliness of the staff made for a really positive vibe
