Let me start with the fact that I am not an easy to please client, and I sometimes get in my own way.
I'm extremely fussy about my home and take negative comments personally.
That said, my Realtor Stan Wertelka somehow seemed to navigate around ALL of my quirks and eccentricities and make selling my home pleasant and easy.
He listens to you, doesn't judge, and uses every Avenue at his disposal to get your property in front of as many people as possible.
Plus, he would twerk the ad as needed to get it back on top if it starts to get stagnant.
He explains EVERYTHING in way I could understand and backed it up with facts and RESULTS!
