I have been getting my monthly medications and my family's medications filled here for years now. Sally is by far the best pharmacist I've ever encountered... and I previously worked on the insurance side of prescriptions for a different company. Rose is another fantastic pharmacist. Eddie is a fabulous tech, and gave us an idea to get my daughter to take Tamiflu recently. I adore most of the core staff at this location, they truly care about their patients/customers.

I never seen such wonderful treatment by a pharmacy staff as this Walgreens on Essington Rd. Joliet Illinois I have switched from a different Walgreens that was actually closer to my home due to treatment I received there! Keep up the terrific & caring treatment & help that u show to everyone! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

This location is clean and organized. They have friendly people and the manager is very friendly and he is very helpful.

Received my 2nd shingle shot. Sally the pharmacist is so kind. I like how knowledgeable she is.

Just what you expect from Walgreens: convenience and good selection of items. Slightly longer hours would raise to 5 stars

Drive through not open late, switched to 24 hr, easier when you work later in day. Otherwise ok place.

Great products and they practically have everything with great prices too

Store is clean and organized. However, the one older blonde male cashier (typically I see him in the weekday afternoons) does not hand customers their coupons after purchases. I had several interactions with him and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to ask him for my coupons that printed with purchase. Its Walgreens policy that those coupons that print beside the receipt are the customers!!!

I went to pick up a prescription today. They pharmacy is supposed to be open until 5:30 on weekends, but at 5:26 they were closed already. I got the time from a cellphone and cell times are synched regularly. Very disappointed. The prescription was for a antibiotic, not for pain, so no one thinks I am complaining for other reasons.

This location has gone downhill for the last few years

They always screw up my prescriptions. Giving me 30 days in lieu of 60 days worth of medication. They send me text messages to pick up stuff and when I don't need it, I have to go there and tell them I don't need it yet. I tried changing stuff in their computer with them, but it still is all screwed up. Staff doesn't seen trained, but worse is the pharmacy aide has a bad attitude, makes going there a pain and makes my old pharmacy, CVS look very good and reliable.
