Dr. Yingchun Zhu, DDS

Dr. Zhu is very helpful and caring. Unlike some dental offices I visited in the past she explained the procedure ahead in very detail. She also genuinely cares her patients by addressing any questions or concerns I have during my visit.

She is very unprofessional and does not care about the feelings of the patients and their families. She did not explain clearly to the child's parents and would still privately perform teeth extractions to a 6-year-old kid. And she still made excuses saying the kid wasn't scared and forced the kid to tell their parents he is not scared.

Rude and not responsible. If you just want clean your teeth there, it's ok. She can't do complex job. Bad experience. Never go there again.
