Stopped in to check out a new 24 Equinox. We were greeted with a smiling face & a very friendly salesman named Clay VanDyke. We have been a Chevy family forever but he made sure to let us know all about the new features & details while we took a test drive. He definitely knows his stuff!
He made the experience so easy & made sure everything worked out for us! He introduced us to the sales manager Kyle & the ladies & gentleman in the service dept as well. They will be a great group to work with in the future. If you’re looking for a new car, this is the place & I highly recommend you ask for Clay when you stop in!!

Brady Andrews is a childhood buddy of mine who got some trucks to test drive set up to run smoothly. I accidently did not see an email for Kyle Merritt for an appointment time and showed up while he wasn't there. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. I was impressed that Kyle was not the only person who knew about the test drive(s) I had wanted to do. Ryan Charlton took care of us and was very helpful with the test drives and getting the process of buying my truck. Kyle ended up being very helpful with paperwork and getting the process of buying my truck smooth. From start to finish everyone involved made my experience as smooth as possible.

Nick Gorham - he is your dude. He is THE dude! The engine needed replaced in my car unexpectedly, I had an old truck, and I needed a reliable car. Nick worked with me to not only get me a vehicle that ran, but I drove out of there with a 2023 GNC Terrain. We started discussing options on a Thursday night and had to finish the deal the next day. Nick could have easily pushed us onto someone else, but he followed up with me via text the next day to keep me updated on what I should expect when I came back in to finish the deal. He came in ON HIS DAY OFF to see the deal all the way through. The place closed and everyone was leaving but he still stayed to make sure On Star was set up and that I didn't have any further questions about the car. I have gotten several vehicles in the past, and every one of them came from this Uftring. I've had decent service and walked out of there feeling neutral and just like a customer that the sales person walked through the motions. Nick was personable, honest about what my options were, tried his best to negotiate a deal for the car I wanted, and was just a general joy to be around! I cannot recommend Uftring enough, and you should absolutely call Nick when you're ready for your next vehicle. 10 stars to this guy!

Clay was a fantastic salesman. This was OUR first purchase from Uftring (other than helping my son buy a truck 2 years ago) and our first Chevy. Clay had an empathy sign in his office. I inquired about it and he stated that Gary is huge on modeling Empathy so I had him watch the Cleveland clinic empathy video that I share with my staff. I love that Uftring isn’t just selling cars but also making sure their people are kind and caring.

Matt was very helpful and he communicated very well, even on his day off. And Matt was very friendly and tried to make things go as smooth as he can. I will highly recommend people to Matt if they are looking for a car. Thanks!

Loved our salesman Nick Cramer.. What we liked was his knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at. He showed us everything, and that made a big impression. He also was not pushy, just very pleasant. We were initially looking at a different vehicle at a different dealership, but that salesman knew nothing about his product, and that was a huge turn off. We went back to Nick, and Uftring.

I think they both did an excellent job and always treated me like my own person, even though I am a young female shopping with her father. This was one of my biggest concerns while shopping, but each of them treated me with respect and answered all of the questions that I had and treated me with respect. They also understood that it was my decision and never pressured me to make a decision right away. They gave me time to look things over and analyze my choices and make the purchase that was best for me and not their bottom line. I would highly recommend shopping here. I live 82 miles away and came to Washington to buy this car, because I trust that the people working at Uftring's will treat me with respect and work with me to find the best option for what I like and my budget.

Was recommended to see Clay VanDyke about getting a new vehicle. He is so polite, kind, and professional. Honestly, there isn't an employee at Uftring Chevrolet Washington that isn't. Dan Staggs, sales manager, is the sweetest guy and was able to help me get approved for a new 2024 Chevy Trailblazer! The entire process was made easy by Clay and he was very helpful and informative going over the details of my new car. Even the paperwork was made a breeze by Ken Miller in Finance! I truly appreciate Clay, Dan, Ken, and everyone who helped me at the dealership!!!
