Uftring is Washington, IL is always easy to work with. I can schedule any needed service for a time convenient for me. The people who work there are always welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Their public waiting area is comfortable and they offer complimentary drinks and snacks. Their service techs are great.
It’s a great company to work with if you are ready to purchase a vehicle or if your vehicle needs service.

I travel for my profession and depend highly on my truck so when I started having suspension issues I need a service that is quick. Uftring nit only got me scheduled quickly ,they worked with my extended warranty company for a hassle free enjoyable experience. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service. We were referred through Costco which also gave us a discount. The service manager was very friendly and seemed more than happy to take me back to show me things that were wrong with the car. The mechanic helped to explain the issues and how they would repair them. The service was going to take longer than expected so they offered me a shuttle service. Even the shuttle driver was very friendly, great driver, and good conversationalist. The mechanic ended up finding a better way to fix the car which also saved us money. Thanks to the entire team!

The entire service team at Uftring Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic. They were willing to install my aftermarket exhaust no questions asked, and kept me up to date on the whole process from start to finish. They took care of the car like it was their own, complete with a complementary wash after they were finished. Will be coming back for any and all service needed in the future!
