I'm extremely happy with Charles' support. I had a pipe burst in my basement causing water damage in a wall shared by 2 rooms - both of which had more water damage in the floor and walls. Charles helped walk me through filing a claim (it was my first time filing an insurance claim) and also helped me fight the claim when it was initially denied. We communicated with each other just about every day until it was finally accepted and I was able to have someone repair my floors and wall. I couldn't have done it without Charles' hard work and dedication.

Saved us money and time; cared more about our situation and offered assistance even when we weren't their customer.
