Dr. Cowl provided compassionate, professional service as I dealt with a recurring ingrown toenail issue. The office has good appointment availability and I was usually able to get in within the same week of calling. Waiting periods once arriving at the office were usually about 10-15 minutes. Staff was friendly and had a good focus on cleanliness and sanitation.

Easy to schedule got me in quickly. Friendly, compassionate and I never feel rushed. Thanks Dr Cowl.

Worst company ever! Came in for a small issue and was immediately talked into over 1000.00 shoe inserts which were awful! Never asked to be fitted for these and they were so uncomfortable and did not even fit my shoes that I returned the same day they arrived and Dr Cowl refused to refund. SCAM and I can see by reading other reviews that his sole purpose is to sell shoe inserts made of poor quality. If I had wanted shoe inserts I would have went to Dr Scholls which are much more comfortable . Dr Cowls inserts were cut to size with scissors! Beware as you will not even be aware he is fitting you for inserts, until you receive the bill!

Absolutely the worst! Got scammed into inserts that made my foot hurt even worse but pushed through the pain only to have the pain move to my knee. They kept wanting to reschedule appointments that solved nothing. Fast forward 2 months and here come the bills &500 for the inserts and $125. Each for the 5 minute BS visits! If I could give lower than 1 star I would!

I'm still dealing with the outcome of my surgery, over 10 years later. Just a bad experience all the way around. I'll have damage for life.

Total ripoff! Paid a lot of money for unwearable arches..
