We loved it. Andrea and Heidi at the salon were fabulous. They cut mine and my husband's hair at the last minute and did a great job. Today my husband got his hair done again by Heidi and is still very satisfied. Awesome!

I mostly just shop online, but the few times I've been at the actual store, I was impressed by the friendly staff and having my size!!! Thanks!!

This store has a great exchange policy. I ordered a dress one size too big on a sale event online. The store customer service let me exchange for the correct size at the sale price of the first and shipped it free.

This place hasn't changed much since 1999. That's not a bad thing at all. Consistent quality, friendly staff, and a wide variety of services offered. Love this salon.

Took my son in for a hair cut because great clips was a 2+ hour wait. Both great clips in town. So we got in here right way, and my son got a great haircut for $18. I think I'll be coming here from now on, because every time great clips has a massive wait.

Enjoyed shopping at Mankato store. Stopped 2 days great finds great sales. Bought 4 pr.shoes and 4 winter coats. Great employees helped us too

JCPenney salon did a great job on my toddler and four year old. For my hair I got exactly what I wanted it was really nice of her to postpone her lunch to get us all in at once.

My whole family loves to go get hair cuts from lucy! She is the best you can tell she loves what she does. Every time we go in she is always happy to see us you can tell she cares for her clients... Go see her if you want to enjoy getting your hair done the whole family will like her like we do .... Also Amy is great too she did her thing on my hair love her too

We a actually left to check another store and then came back because the selection was much better in our price range
The person who actually worked in that department helped us this time and realized what we wanted and helped us find an even better buy for us. We really appreciate what she did for us
