Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little tight, but location is convenient.

First off, parking is...not ideal most days when you come here. And the off chance you come when they are getting a delivery, you're likely to get stuck by the truck being there. I don't think it's intentional, but it sure makes leaving difficult.

Friendly service, though quite slow every time I've been, regardless of how many customers are inside, makes it a little difficult for me to write a 5 star review, but...I gave it to them anyway, as they've never made a mistake with my drinks that they haven't rectified quickly.

Inside is usually spotless, unless someone spills and they are actually busy, but they are aware, and acknowledge the issue, so that's nice.

Bathrooms could use more attention (frequency) so that they aren't gross, but...if you get there early, it's clear they care about the stores appearance.

Overall, a great store, just some constructive feedback. 😊

Kind and down-to-Earth staff!

CLOVER BREWED COFFEE: the black-bag Reserve specialty-import coffees. The CLOVER is a hyper-expensive filtration system and brewer that makes some type of subtle adjustments to fit *each coffee terroir* to make a literally perfect cup. It's worth that extra price. You won't even care.

Amazing overall service speed, even during rushes. Like Indy Car spec lately.

Yes, they are understanding of bathroom usage (a big deal in the news they tried openly and with hard talks with employees everywhere to resolve) and often even wi-fi needs. They understand life happens!

Community observation: A group of tough, close-knit and well motivated young people run this store. It's unique. I hope they stay on, but don't burn out. I can't believe all they endure just in one rush!!!

I've noticed the little things here and they are strict about cleanliness and labels.

They sort out confusion fast. Period. I've seen them do it a few dozen times. I've only ever seen one angry customer who was even correct in their mistake about online ordering (an almost instant pickup service they offer through the official Starbucks app, which I was really sketch on. But there is a real reason having a registered rewards card and the app is called by many the best in corporate America)."

[Any area they could improve? Just a few more trips "across the counter" to check how seated/dine-in customers are doing. I really value it when they do it! Also, noticing when someone has come up to the counter with undivided attention for a moment. I know the headsets are a tricky thing to perfectly manage, but complex orders with friends I've brought in do get jarringly cut off or distracted by sudden drive-thru alerts/changes/new cars when our multiple item order was first and is still getting placed They don't do too bad on this. All other places with a drive-thru strive until they have lost their souls to satisfy electronic board numbers. The drive-thru is important, but the taproot into the community is the seated lounge.]

I focus not on that minor to-improve issue (there is always one!!!), or even on the great coffee:

A great worker got upset with me once over a technical issue in store as I watched my order being made. But, she really improved to have a great and kind attitude to a truly sincere degree. She never even needed to say anything; I knew we were cool and had both grown from the experience. Ha ha, I don't yet understand the intriguing motivational and intelligent top lady in charge of the store, but I respect her intense passion. Another leader, Emily has always been extra kind to me even though we have quite different personalities. I just plain like all the second-tier management. Evan is the ever-kind customer loving soul among the employees. He really gives it a cherry on top vibe of customer care. Like, actually caring care.

Super friendly! Fast and the drinks are made great!

One of my go to places for coffee. Always made fresh and tasty. I recommend trying the mocha cookie crumble or white hot chocolate. Those are my favorites! One thing I love is the kids hot cocos they come at a kid safe temp and my children love it!

I stopped in this morning on my way to work and it was a great experience, the service was nice and quick, but the best part of the experience was the girl at the window. I haven't had this pleasant of an interaction at any sort of drive thru in a very long time, she had good conversation the entire time I was at the window and was just an overall really nice person. As a former GM of a coffee house, I know these were the kinds of people that make customers want to keep coming back. I didnt catch her name, but I will be coming back based on this interaction, even if the service had been a little slower, which as I already stated, it was not!

This has been my main coffee shop in town when I'm in a rush and need a delicious latte or cappuccino to wake me up. This team handles an incredible volume of orders every day and they deliver a great customer experience with speed and grace. Despite serving a huge number of customers and the hectic pace this entails, they also remember their regulars and stop to chat when the time is available. Among all the well run Starbucks throughout the country, this one stands out.

The Baristas at this location are the BEST! So friendly, while still moving customers through the line quickly. Even our dog will say they are her favorite people in the world (every Wednesday)!

Best iced white chocolate mocca's great service

I would recommend ordering off their app and going inside to pick up your order. Drive thru is extremely slow unless you have time to kill. Otherwise, if you place your order to pick up, they’ll have your beverage or food right there on the counter and you can just walk in and walk right back out.

Ben took our order at the window, and he is so sweet! Keep up the amazing service as always! I've never had a bad experience here! Give this man a raise!

I ordered with them and used Uber eats for delivery. There was an issue with them being out of some of the personalizations I had put on my drink and they called me but I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer. When the order arrived there were two post it notes inside with an explanation of the issue and that is how I learned it was them calling me. The notes were so very sweet and considerate and well written. They also included two cards for four dollars off each for my next visit. They also forgot to include one of the drinks I ordered and didn’t mention it in the note but I was able to very easily get a refund from Uber eats without leaving the driver a bad review because he did a really great job. 10/10 great experience

They're so sweet here and will do anything to make it right!

They accidentally put strawberry in my peach drink because they were out of peach and the peach and strawberry look alike, and they were just so sweet to me!

Tasted very good and peachy when they made it right!

Erica Helped me out an she is Absolutely amazing even with it being as busy as it was she was super quick an Wonderful with everything, my Ice Vanilla Latte is delicious and the Tomato Mozzarella Panini was Fresh an Hot. Definitely gonna Come back again❤

We go through Starbucks just about every day. The staff is fantastic. We love them. Very very friendly. My wife has a specific drink...and the staff here are wonderful about making sure it's perfect for her.

I stopped to get myself a drink and a slice of banana bread and went through the drive thru, I didn't have my dog Roxie with me as I had just come from the mall, I asked if I could get a puppacino to take home for her and Lauren was more than pleased to give me one!! She made my dogs night as it was about 9:40p when I went. So thank you Lauren!! You're the best! Great fast and friendly service from your location as always.

The white hot chocolate is the best I ever had

Really great crew!! I am traveling and stopping in here each morning. Everyone was pleasant, drinks were on target. Service was quick and flawless.

I walked into Starbucks today and heard this soothing voice asking "How may I help you?" I was floored by the amazing cutomer service that Dan delivered. I highly recommend this Starbucks for any caffeine fix or if you just want to say "hi" to that beautiful human being.
