Barnes & Noble

A large abundance of books, movies, magazines, music and games! I'm really unused with their movie collection; it's larger than other Barnes & Noble stores. (Photo of one section of movie department)

I also like that they have chairs scattered around the store! My kids take hours at B&N stores so it is so nice having a place other than the Cafe to sit.

The place was clean and books nicely organized. Low staff on a Sunday. One staff claimed they didn't have a kids graphic novel, but I found the whole series.

My family would go here again.

I bring my nephew for book dates, it is a lot of fun!! Amazing employees, always there to help with a huge smile. We enjoy visiting this Barnes and Nobels.

The coffee was great and the service was excellent. We ate a BIG cookie and it was delicious.

This store has a really good size inventory covering all of my favorite and often obscure topics. There is also a fantastic selection of toys for all ages from better quality brands and a large children's section. We spent hours just browsing and also enjoyed a snack and hot drinks in the cafe. I found the website a little difficult to navigate while trying to do a pick up order, but when I called the store, it was handled quickly and easily and my book was waiting for me at the counter for pickup the same day.

My granddaughter and I attended a book signing by Kate DiCamillo. Barnes and Noble set everything up conveniently. No one was out of view or hearing distance from the guest. The Starbucks in the store was close for coffee. Kate DiCamillo is just starting her book tour for her new book Louisiana's Way Home. Ms DiCamillo was fascinating, interesting and funny. She had a great question/answer period and she signed one book from home, one purchased book and sat for pictures. She also read exerpts. We were thrilled and happy. If you get a chance, go to her book signing too.

The handwritten notes are thoughtful, and really helpful for exploring new things. The store is clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I went in with no idea what I was looking for, only knowing that I wanted to start reading more, but I think I'll make this a weekly trip.

The staff here is really attentive and friendly, they make your stay even more pleasant. The array of books available is honestly surprising, you will likely find something for any particular interest and there will be a whole shelf designated for it.
Barnes & Noble is a quiet and calm place you may relax in, have a nice coffee and read as you find a new addition to your book collection, or search through their puzzles, collectibles, cards and marvelous stationery.

Very nice. It is always nice to be surrounded by books and other media.

I enjoy a stop into Barnes and Noble a few times a month and I love looking around to see the new books. They also have a fantastic selections of puzzles.

Staff is always friendly. Take as long as you want in the Cafe. Wish they took the Starbucks app.
Recent change in layout is actually kinda nice. Wish Barnes&Nobles would bring back the sofa chairs or somewhere to sit, beside the Cafe. We go as a family. 4 people picking books out can take a while especially when you want them all. Lol

Great bookstore and wow the Lego options are awesome

The customer service was fantastic! I wish I could remember the young woman's name but I can't. She was walking back with a fellow employee (coffee in hand) when I asked where I'd find the Diary of a Wimpy kids books (I showed her a picture of the one I wanted). She did not point to the direction and send me on my way. She didn't hesitate & happily took me to where it was. Talked about how much she enjoyed the series and also showed me some others that my grandson might enjoy.
I truly appreciated her help and cheerful attitude. I bought the book I was looking for & the one by James Patterson on Middle School life. Maybe she'll remember me :-).

I have always said that Barnes and Nobel is my second home. This store has very helpful and professional staff members who go out of their way to accommodate your queries. The staff is always willing to look for items that you might not be able to find or even see if they can order something for you. They offer different payment and shipment options that you may not have even considered. Very helpful staff indeed!
I have noticed a couple of things that they might consider - they are unwilling to order items for you that may be on Barnes and Nobel online. When people such as myself buy the bulk of my Barnes and Nobel purchases in the store, helping me with an online purchase shouldn't be such an issue.
Also, as a huge impulse buyer, if a new book comes out that is part of the series, please have the series available for purchase, not just ordering. This is where I'm sure they've lost money on other impulse buyers as well.

With American TV being so mind-numbingly dull, please gather all British/ Foreign TV shows into one area instead of hiding them all throughout the store. This would make it much easier to locate shows and make purchases.

Well, they have revamped the way they sell books, so if you are looking the more affordable mass market editions they only sell in store a very limited amount. So you'll probably have to order them or go to Amazon now... Sad, very sad.

Excellent book, vinyl, dvd, and even toy selection. If they don't have it, they can probably order it in. Get a membership that costs less than $30, save 10% on everything, and it will easily pay for itself. Excellent customer service.
The Cafe has delicious food and desserts, and they serve Starbucks coffee. (Not to be confused with an actual Starbucks, they only have a limited offering, and you can't use Starbucks gift cards.)
