McDonald's

I stopped in McDonalds at this location in Mankato, Minnesota tonight, craving ice cream. The speed of the drive thru was fast and friendly. I ordered a large icecream cone and it was huge. Joana was the server at the drive thru lane. She was very friendly. Good people skills. But it does take a team to be successful! I decided to do a review inside. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. It appeared they had enough staff to handle the rush. I give them credit for my food during lunch and I was back for dessert later in the day. I will be back in the future!

We had a great mix up on our meal today in that it was a double meal of a Fish sandwich meal and only one of us ordered one of that but they let us keep the double meal which was cool so I had more fries 🍟 and a free Fish Sandwich (along with my Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal) for lunch today 😋

There was a small mishap at the table and it was taken care of right away. The gentleman who brought our food out was super nice. The staff who came over to help with the mishap also super nice.

Always fast service. Way more efficient than other locations in town

Drive through for 2 hamburgers and a small fry. No complaints

Love the remodeling job on the inside of this store. Very modern and my daughter loved getting to order on the touch screens in the lobby.

This kid named Landon assisted me when dining in, most other workers do not. He showed me where everything was and was very respectful to my gay son. He encouraged friendly behavior amongst the staff.

It was a very busy time of day so I had a short wait, but the people were very pleasant.

The place was clean and well kept. The food was great! The guarter pounder and the ice carmel mocha was the best-looking mcdonalds food I've ever seen! That says a lot. It also tasted great!

Drove through at lunch time, very busy but little wait time was very quick. Best thing is always their fries!! Have to share a story...when I got to pay window I was told the gentleman in the pickup ahead of me paid for my order!! The person in front of him had paid for his meal so he paid it forward to me!! Thank you to him for being such a great person! My 11 year-old granddaughter was in awe of him and "paying it forward". (Sorry to say I didn't have enough cash to pay it forward for the customer behind me but plan on doing it the next time I'm at McDonald's 😊)

Great staff. Fast and awesome service. Best mcdonald's I've been to in a long time. It was lunch rush and team worked together to get all orders out efficiently.

We love breakfast.

Very nice and clean, I only went in to get the 2 free cookies I had a voucher for but they have a screen that let's you know when your order us being prepared and then when it is ready for pickup which was something I haven't seen before in McDonald's but I guess I don't go inside a lot when I visit 😋

So much better than the Madison avenue location!
Even if it is solely because Kathy doesn't work here.

Great quality healthy meal. Every time I go I am thrilled with the service. Great menu selection. I can tell the worker put pride and joy into their profession. I walk out satisfied and always wanting to come back for more.

The associate did the right thing but got into trouble for helping me with a question if they cook their eggs with butter. She found out within seconds, within the same amount of time of someone trying to decide what meal they want, but was being reprimanded when we arrived at the pickup window. I send all my blessings to that nice young woman who helped me avoid a case of the hives and other things, and had my meal made without butter! Thank you to the girl, shame on the management for saying I had to look at the "nutritional info" that does not even contain allergen info. The allergen info online said nothing about the steak and the butter contained soy, but had no statement as to if that was consistent across all McDonald's.

It's food, it's fast and now I've added it's expensive. Might as well go out to eat at a regular restaurant

Did not really like the strawberry shortcake mcflurry. Just not my flavor preference.

My Filet-o-Fish and fries were made fresh. Tasty, hot and delivered to our table with a smile. Clean dining area and bathroom.

Ok! It's still fast food but... Love the new look. Good service. And (like I said it's fast food) good hot food. Anybody who knows me also knows I'm not a fast food fan so, this is a really good rating coming from me. 😁
