The store in the River Hills Mall is great! We had an issue with my points not showing up and an associate spent over a half hour on the phone to their home office in order to fix it so I didn't have to.

My 13 year old won't get shoes anywhere else. Haha. Great selections with helpful staff. Sometimes the salespeople at places like these can be overwhelming. But not here.
