Great store to buy inexpensive tools and equipment! Check out their coupons in store and ones online to get an even better deal! This store is perfect for the average handyman. Probably not the place if you're a professional mechanic or tradesman. Great customer service and they treat you right. They greet you when you come in and thank you when you leave.

Their stores are always clean and organized. This is my go to place for quality tools at a cheaper price. I went to this one to get a new saw. I found the saw I wanted and had a coupon for it, but forgot it.. The staff was very helpful and they gave me the discount anyway. I will definately be going back.

Smaller than I thought it would be but the people there were helpful and they offer good warranties on their stuff, for instance I bought a hedge trimmer and got a 2 year full replacement warranty for only $12

I've always shopped at harbor freight, I know that in some cases you get what you pay for, but for the most part I've been very satisfied with the tools I've bought, and the tools are getting better and better every year. I'm a mechanic and in the 15 years I don't recall ever having to take a tool back because it broke.

I really enjoy getting affordable tools and parts here. Sales staff is always super friendly and helpful everytime I came in. Make sure to also sign up for their free coupons as well. They send 20% off all the time and have some good coupons here and there.

Needed some ratchet straps for my work trailer and found Harbor Freight to have the best price for what I needed! I would recommend to anyone looking for a good price on tools.

Been here twice for tools and shop supplies. Both times they had the tools, hardware and know-how to help a girl out. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. I especially appreciated being treated like a normal person as opposed to a chick in a hardware store. Looking forward testing out more of their products to see if the quality stands above the deal.

Wonderful tools at wonderful prices, valuable coupons and in-store specials, and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff all combine to make Harbor Freight Tools *the* best tool store in town, hands down. I very much look forward to shopping there again, sooner than later, and will absolutely recommend them to my friends without a moment's hesitation. (My sôle misgiving is wanting to buy almost everything on the shelves that catches my eye as being perfectly well suited to fulfilling some long-felt need or other in my life, to which my initial surprised reaction is invariably some version of "they actually make a tool for that?"! But that, of course, is my problem, not theirs; and they are right to capitalize on that impulse as a business.)

Amazing prices, epic staff and wonderful variety. They already have low prices, but if you go online you can almost always find coupons for 20% off and for one free item (for example a 24 pack of batteries.) And if you want to save even more money you can join there "club" thing, and get deals throughout the store. It is something I found to have useful most of the time I went. The quality might not be the highest, but I would argue that price per quantity is amazing here. Despite some of this stuff seeming to be low quality, my friends and I have been pleasantly surprised quite a lot.

We were greeted upon entering. The store was organized and clean. This was my fist time in a HFT. I was satisfied with the quantity of tools and other items one may need.

I recently stopped into harbor freight in Mankato to purchase a 12,000 pound Badland winch which would be my second one that I purchased from them.. they had the winch in stock the cordless remote in stock and the manager and his sales staff were extremely helpful and made my day excellent. I also was looking for a couple trailer jacks for my jet ski trailers they just happen to have two of them on clearance sale which the manager pointed out to me. This place has a top-notch staff and treats the customers like family. Next time your Mankato definitely check out harbor freight they will have something you need at a great price and great staff assistance..Tim W
