Kevin assisted us in selling our parents condominium in June of 2023. He was professional, came to the table with pertinent information regarding comps, trending sales, and information to help the sale happen quickly and seamlessly. Our experience with Kevin was outstanding. He was responsive, helpful, kind, fun, reachable (that's important), honest, detail oriented... I could go on. Honestly, we had a different realtor before him and the experience was markedly different, she really had no interest in selling our house, it was just her job.
