Shopped here today for a small recliner. The sales assistant, Michelle Tellier, was fantastic; she was very helpful, personable, and patient (it took me almost 2 hours of trying different recliners to finally choose my favorite). Thank you, Michelle!

This LazyBoy furniture store has a large selection of beautiful furniture and a range of price points. The building is deceiving on the outside and when you walk through the front door the site that greets you is jaw dropping. This huge array of quality home furnishings. Terry is the person who I was fortunate to work with. Just very personal and informative. Answered all my questions and ask questions as well to make sure that he understood exactly what I wanted. I never once felt that he was directing me or pushing me to just buy something. Terry made my shopping an enjoyable outing. I know I will shop there again. Stop in and be pleasantly surprised as I was.

I came in to buy a recliner and the sales women showed me several chairs I may be interested in. We went over the features and selected the perfect color for the chair. I was sold. Shopping at La-z-boy was enjoyable.

The sales representative Mr. Terry was very courteous and had shown me all options and various types of fabrics. I was pleased. Besides this, it would a full circle wonderful experience if the shipping and delivery times a bit faster.

Terry was so informative and patient as we sat in nearly all sofas and recliners and picked out fabric for all. He also helped us get the best prices possible.

My friend Mary Ann purchased a beautiful recliner from La-Z-Boy and I sat on it and loved it, was like sitting on a cloud! She took me to the store, I met Michelle Tellier who had helped Mary Ann and I ordered the same chair! Michelle was wonderful to work with! I am looking forward to the new chair which should arrive in 2-3 months.

Clean store with kind people. My wife and I visited to shop for a Rocking Recliner, we were not pushed with a pushy sales pitch which was comforting. We described what we were looking for in a chair and in about 20 minutes we found our chair. We like the chair so much we end up purchasing two.

I needed a new recliner which is also my bed, sometime work space and chill spot. I told Alikii what I needed and didn't want. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding exactly what I needed. Can't wait for delivery.

In the past I have walked into lazyboy stores and been ignored. I earn a good living but I dress casually which seems to be a deterrent for many sales people. This time, the sales person greeted me right away. She was very personable and attentive but not overly so. She could see that I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and she helped me find it. It was a very positive experience.

Great selection. Was greeted when we entered. Sales rep was friendly and helpful and not pushy. Got us some info on a piece we were interested in but then left us alone to shop. It’s a fine line between being too pushy and feeling abandoned, and our rep was fantastic. She felt approachable yet didn’t make us feel like she was hovering in the background. We decided to purchase a piece and the sale was quick and easy and delivery scheduled soon. Given how stock is low everywhere, it was very exciting that our piece was in stock and could be delivered so soon. Piece was on sale so price was well within our budget. Will definitely come to this store again.

She had a return customer that she needed to finish with during my selection process. During that time I had time I needed to make my final decision. I had a few questions and her coworkers were happy to help. I love to see team work!

Great selection of chairs, we were looking to replace two recliners. Our sales associate, Michelle spent nearly two hours answering all of our questions. My wife and I had different ideas, but with Michelle’s patience and product knowledge, she was able to help us come to a decision. Great value!

I was immediately greeted by the sales person, Rita. She asked what I was looking for and was able to explain why I hadn’t been satisfied with some recliners I tried elsewhere. She was very knowledgeable and was able to point out recliners that best fit my needs. Then she helped me choose a fabric and color that coordinated with my other furniture. The rocker recliner I purchased fit me perfectly and is extremely comfortable. It was a better shopping experience than I expected.

I would like to salute Rita for outstanding knowledge of products and her ability to match my needs/goal with products. She was very patient with me when I changed my mind and took my product choice in a new direction.
