Eyemart Express

Very impressed with how well the sales floor ran. The man we saw the first day (desk was on the right hand side of store closest to Windows) helped us understand everything thoroughly and let my daughter choose the frames she wanted without trying to talk us into something more expensive. He was also very considerate of using my daughters chosen name and actually writing it down on the order. I didn't have my wallet that day so we went back the next day.
When we entered the next day there was a number of customers waiting since only two staff were working on the sales floor. They worked quickly and still explained everything thoroughly and it wasn't a long wait as I first expected. The lady got to us and did her measurements etc and 5 minutes later we're out the door. Half hour passed and we received a text saying the glasses were made and ready.
The glasses came out perfect and they made sure they fit correctly. I was very impressed with the whole transaction from start to finish. I'm definitely going there for my own eyeglass needs instead of buying them through my eye doctors office. Highly recommend this place.

I was driving by the store and was just gonna go into see if I can get an exam. The young lady that was in there helped me immediately as I came in. Her customer service was excellent and she helped me from beginning until the end! I was more excited that I was able to get my glasses in the same day. She also helped me to contact my previous Eye doctor to get my prescription to see if it was still valid, and thankfully it was. My new glasses are awesome and I love them! Thank you I might I will be back! By the way, the style and fashion that they have there is absolutely beautiful . You can tell that everyone in their store works as a team and that they all Help when needed!!!

I really liked working with the sales associate (Sonya). She was also amazing at helping me choose my frames. I purchased my regular prescription eyeglasses and also a second pair of prescription sunglasses.
I felt what I paid after my insurance was fair. I will use their services again.

I was very impressed with the assistance I received immediately on entering the building. The lady was very dedicated to helping me. I explained what I was looking for and she assisted me immediately. I must say that this was the best help I have ever had in picking out eye glasses. The price was right and the fit is perfect and the wait to get my protection was ideal. I will llcertainly tell others about my experience.

It was quick and easy (less than 10 minutes ) with the quotes they give you. I received two pair of glasses in just over an hour (73 minutes). Highly recommended!

Smoothest experience I've ever had. Gave them my prescription, tried some glasses on, got some feedback, chilled at bull moose for a bit and they were done in less than a hour. 10/10 will go again

Got a pair of trifocals in less than an hour when I picked them up I ordered a pair of sunglasses and asked if they could mail them to me. They said no problem, I then went to lunch. Before I left town they texted me me and said they were ready so I went back and picked them up..

I had a great experience I got two pairs of glasses for less than I got the last pair from a different company I will get new glasses from Eyemart express the next time I need a new glasses also

They were very speedy. We walked in and I saw the amount of customers in there and I thought there was going to be a long wait but they got us in and out quickly!

Eyemart Express was affordable, timely and provided many choices. Kim was knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication skills. My glasses were done in 37 min. :) My partner's glasses took a few a week due to the complexity of his vision, but we were told that ahead of time so all good.

There were quite alot of people in the store waiting and i thought it would take hours to see someone. They had alot help and it went quickly to see someone to help me. I was told it would take about a hour or more to receive and the other pair would take 7 to 10 days. I went shopping and they called me in less then 40 minutes . So far I'm happy with my first pair of reading glasses.

I had a great experience with Eyemart Express. The both employees that helped me were very friendly and helpful. My glasses needed to be ordered, and were available for me to pickup within a week.

The service was great the staff were very friendly, the only thing was my glasses when I read the booklet in the store seemed fine, but now wearing them daily, I can't see long distance at all, and close up is very blurry also , and now I see double vision when I look at a distance...what can I do...?
