Great little McDonald’s that’s clean. Plus side is the covered outdoor patio - great when you have a dog and it’s raining that day. Wifi signal is strong outside as well so a big plus. Fast service with self order kiosks and a stone throw from Kittery Premium Outlets that open at 10am every day.

My sons go-to treat is a Saturday morning McDonald's breakfast sandwich. I use the app which makes it 2$ and he adds breakfast sauce. Easily the most OG underrated breakfast sandwich of any fast food establishment. We love the staff at our local kittery McDonald's. One night my husband forgot his wallet after getting to the window and they let us come back and pay later. The employees are so friendly at this location and anytime we've gone inside the place is very well kept and clean.

It's McDonald's... you're lovin' it.
People who work at this location have always been very professional and friendly. Order has always been right.

Nicer McDonald's locations food is always great and fast service even when they are busy at the counter and the drive thru.

Food was hot, even the fries! Service was quick and friendly. They gave me a cup of water for my dog, too. The only thing wrong was whoever got the food together didn't put ketchup in the McNugget Happy Meal, even though it was on the screen, so I had to go in for it after going through the drive thru. Everything and everyone else at this location was great.

Best McDonalds in new england because of the store manager and no other reason sorry part is don't feel owners or senior managers don't see it it's all $$$_

Great for a late night experience. All of the fast food or fast casual restaurants are very low staffed in the evening hours but other than that this is a McDonald's.

Considering I had and issue using the touch screen order menu due to studies on them, I appreciate the effort of the Manager going above and beyond to come out and put my order in for me! Cheer's to going above and beyond for your newest customer!

We stopped in via the drive thru for a late evening quick dinner around 9:15pm on our return trip to Harpswell, and we had the best burgers and fries from a McDonald's in quite a while. The Big Mac and Quarter Pounder were freshly made, and the fries were that perfect McDonald's hot and crispy. Kudos to this McDonald's crew!

When do you actually write a review for a McDonald’s? When you have great customer service! I just when 1/22 at 4pm and a young man named Oovi, sorry for the terrible spelling, was running the first window. He was super polite and even caught me a deal! The store just got renovated and it looks beautiful.

Great customer service

The manager here is excellent, and handles problems with great tact and is adept in his position. Food is McTasty and of course, McFast after ordering. Highly recommend hitting this one when you shop the Kittery Trading Post area.

Stopped in late night and they took an extra minute or two to cook our sandwiches so they were fresh without us having to ask. Pretty polite dude.

I love McDonald's they provide for people with allergies. While making delicious greasy food. I also enjoy the customer service from the McDonald's team. Also a great place for a quick lunch break or just for time out with friends and family.

This is the only McDonalds I like going in to. Their staff is always friendly and happy to help. They just remodeled so a bit more of an open concept now. If you are eating there they bring your food right to you. The drive thru is always busy it seems but they keep that line moving as quickly as possible!
