I was visiting a cousin in Carlsbad and puzzling over how to thank several people who had gone out of their way for me. She cut me off mid-sentence as I was musing about what I might get people I did not know well enough to have an idea of what they might like. “We’re going to Linda’s Gift”, she said. Sure enough, within this marvelous treasure trove that reflects Linda’s artist calling and imagination I found inspiration — and lots of gifts for people I do know! Every time I visit this unique store I usually spend at least an hour browsing through all their new and neat gifts and cards. This is the only place I go to get cards for the special people in my life.

Linda, herself, is a wonderful person (based on my first time meeting her). The store is a great place for gifts of almost all sorts, from trinkets to local sauces and jams. Linda's Gift also serves as a VOLUNTEER post office! I found this place to be a gem.
