Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

It is high-quality paint that I really enjoy working with. Every time I come into the Brighton store location, it's extremely clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and conversational. It is so much better than the big box store experience of feeling crowded or trying to find or get the attention of someone who can help. I also love that I have a record of all the paint, colors, and finishes I've purchased in the past. Extremely helpful. High-quality all around!

The manager, Joe, is super helpful! We needed advice on painting some interior doors, and had struggled with some paint that was too glossy. He took care of us, helping us find the perfect paint for our situation, and even threw in some sandpaper and rollers. What a guy.

Great people group of guys extremely knowledgeable. Been dealing with Sherwin Williams for almost 30 years. Any issues ever arise they always take care of it.

The Brighton store is clean, friendly and competent. I have needed color matching services and haven't had good results at other stores. The Brighton store has been consistently great for this service multiple times. They have professional and knowledgeable staff.

I was a little concerned about selecting a paint color online, but the color and quality were so wonderful that I turned a laundry room makeover into an entire house painting. The staff were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I appreciate all the extra effort they are making.

3 to 5 very pleased with performance. We have used Behr Marquee in the past and were satisfied with very low oder and good coverage but application was somewhat difficult because of thickness of paint. Now Cashmere has good coverage and the ease of application is wonderful. If you're going over a darker color you may have to do 2 coats. For some reason the smell bothered me one of the 4 times we painted. The other times I never smelled anything. If you purchase when on sale it's actually a better price than Behr.

Friendly staff and service; liking the paint and the prices is preference. While others may take exception, I believe in the store; my family uses the store throughout their thousands of square feet of garages, tens of thousands of square feet of residences, and hundreds of thousands of square feet in businesses.

I usually go to the store in Owosso Michigan but get excellent service in any store I've been to. I can't say enough good things about my hometown store in Owosso, always give me the best deals they can (yes I know I can go to Walmart and get cheap brushes) and always very helpful and personable staff. In my experience their 'Emerald' which is their top of the line paint, is truly 'top of the line'. If you paint for a living, this place should be your 'lifeline'.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and I felt safe. The sales person helped me select the correct type of paint and helped carry it to my car.

Daniel and Jacob went above and beyond to do a color correction on a gallon that I purchased from another Sherwin-Williams store.

Customer service and knowledge means everything when you are selecting paint for your home. I don't cut corners, so I go to Sherwin Williams.

When you want "paint" and painting advice you go to a paint store. Have tried many others paints but none come close to Sherwin Williams for their products and expertise.
