Moving Forward

Moving Forward moved my elderly parents into senior living. The crew was very kind, helpful in the packing process and very careful. On the day of the move, they finished packing up the last minute items, then unpacked everything and arranged all kitchen, bathroom, bedroom clothing, items etc. They were very careful with many antiques, plants and other cherished items. We really could not have done this move without them! We are all very appreciative of their kindness and very hard work making the move-in bearable for my parents as they settle into their new smaller home. We did not use their consignment services.

Moving Forward made our move stress-free. They did all packing the day before the move. The next day the movers arrived to load the truck. After the truck arrived at our new home our furniture was placed in its proper place and the packers (from the day before) unpacked all boxed items and put them away in their appropriate locations. When the crew left, everything was in its place and all boxes and packing were taken away. What was left at our previous home was taken to the company-affillated consignment shop to be sold. Everything was done well and efficiently.

The dispatch team saved my life Today. Our movers Blue Oak moving group cancelled same day at their arrival time due to someone on their team being ill. They offered no back up resources or help in anyway the gentleman who was our dispatch was not understanding at all and just said . That’s when I got to work trying to find movers and came across Moving Forward. I was in tears as most companies had turned us down due to the same day request. When I had given up hope god sent me two angels from Moving Forward. The women at this company squeezed me in when they had heard of my situation (being 7 months pregnant) trying to move just me and my husband and felt terrible. The Movers’s arrived when they said they would and got right to work. They took extra care for our items, making this stressful time a little less stressful. Thank you moving forward you saved us all what could’ve been a bad moving situation and took care of us. You have a loyal fan for life!

Moving Forward came to the rescue, helping to move a large piece of furniture that needed to be done urgently. Denise in the office was crucial to making it work! The company worked their schedules around & sent 2 staff. Carroll & Dalton, were respectful, efficient, strong, & friendly. Well done & thanks to all for your help!!

Awesome movers

Excellent!

They really helped us when we had to pack up my husbands house and there was so much that family didn’t want and we had no room for. We recouped the cost of the packing and removal but only about 5 percent of our items sold. We thought it would be much better than that.

Not sure how much they charge, it's located near my work. Lots of trucks. They move people's stuff for those who can't. Guys are friendly.

Broken valuables and not on time. Tracked mud all through my white carpet with her shoes. Also promised to assemble furniture and did not!!!! The movers just left me with furniture to put together as an elderly. The staff told me they were treated poorly and were not allowed to eat lunch. I felt so bad I told them to go eat and I wouldn't tell their boss.

You should charge a fee by the move, no by how many people are needed to do it you know that it takes 2 people to get couches, bed,refrigerator, ete.
