Every time I go to the post office, everyone there is SO AWESOME and answers my questions with genuine kindness and care!! The people in there, carriers included, are very proficient and great at what they do. I am so glad my local post office is full of awesome and hard working people.

We like our regular mailman, However, a postal worker (probably a sub.), put my package in my neighbor's mailbox again! This has happened a few times. Postal workers NEED to Pay Attention! My address is on my mailbox bigger than life!

For the 4th time in just a week Amazon and 1st class packages will say our package is being delivered a certain day and then we check tracking because it didn't get delivered and it will say the mailman either couldn't get into our driveway or or could not get to the door. Ups and fed ex pull in here all the time. I honestly think they forget the package and just say they couldn't deliver it. Not to mention ripped and smashed boxes. Enough is enough!! Pretty fed up with them..Something needs to be done about this.

i am so sick of usps especially this location. i live in roscommon and barely ever get packages delivered on time. i can literally see my tracking notifications and they say “package could not be delivered, front porch wasn’t accessible.” when my porch is always accessible. my boyfriend was outside when my package was supposed to be delivered and he said they just drove by. didn’t even slow down.

This is the most incompetent post office, bar none. Do not ever get a package shipped to you via USPS. They don’t read labels with instructions printed on them. When complaining to them about this, they just tune you out, with a “whatever” attitude. I suppose you can have that attitude when you are a government employee, with no fear of repercussions, like getting fired for incompetency and just a complete lack of concern for the customer (taxpayer)

If only I could put 1 star! the overstuffing of the mailbox to the point I can’t get my items out, yelling at my grandma to not come out on her own porch to get her mail but that she needed to “wait inside”, not delivering my orders and then when I go to pick them up they’ve “already” been picked up aka stolen by employees, or the rude employee who made me step aside because she couldn’t be bothered to look for my package 😂

Do yourself a favor don’t have a Roscommon mailing address 😂😂 what a joke! The look on her face when I was honest about how terrible the service was, absolutely priceless!

This post office has been the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. We live in northern Michigan it’s very rural and tons of trails. I’ve always gotten packages at my house but all of a sudden they get a new carrier and bam no more packages. I’ve called and talked to 3 different people who all gave me the run around answers “she’s lazy” “she doesn’t have to drive back there” “she’s new” “she said that’s too far” “she said the trail is bad” when I ask to speak to someone higher up they keep telling me he’s on vacation and there’s nobody else. I then spoke to a Amy who was very rude and refused to tell me her position in the office and wouldn’t give me any information on who I could contact to figure out what is really going on. They also closed for months with no notice to any of the people in the community and I had a hard time tracking down what office I had to pick up my packages from. That whole office is a nightmare and good luck talking to them. They don’t like to do their jobs and they don’t like to give a straight answer.

The carriers in Roscommon are wonderful, but the people inside are useless. Don't understand their system or customer service. I've been told by others we haven't had a good Postmaster in 15 years or so, the guy there now is the worst.

Some of the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. Awful, and rude. Will be going out of my way to do business elsewhere.

My husband went in to pick up a package, the guy behind the counter did everything in his power to not check for our package, the post office guy was all full of attitude, totally something needs to be done with this person, there were several people who heard the post office guys attitude towards my husband and they couldn't believe how the post office guy was treating my husband UNREAL!!!!! We don't live up here, we have a cabin, we ordered something from Amazon needed for our camper, which we have ordered while we were up here a month ago and had no problems, this guy needs a training class on how to treat customers!!!!!

I can’t say all but my mail lady is definitely lazy every time a big package comes they claim that the dogs were outside so that I have to go pick my package up from the post office. The reason I have things mailed to me is because I don’t have time to go pick them up from the post office. They told me that after one attempt it is then my responsibility to come get the package

Nasty women that work here. Entitled, rude and extremely lazy. The list could go on. I feel bad for any significant other or children they may have...if it was me I'd of walked out into traffic by now. 10/10 go to the next nearest town and use that post office.

I was sitting in my living room when my mail was delivered today. Went out to my mailbox and there was a missed delivery notice. It said I wasn't home for delivery but they never came up to my door to try to deliver. They should of got of the van and delivered my package. I can't believe how lazy and inconsiderate the USPS is.

they put our mail in our neighbors mailbox more than 30 times or more over a 10 year period. sometimes they dont even pick up our mail when we have flag up. they are not trustworthy with election ballots and complaint is being filed in federal court
