Annette and I chose Rick and Matt to build our new home in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The project was completed on time and within budget in 2016. We are 100% satisfied with their work. The workmanship quality of all aspects are excellent. We recommend them to all friends either renovating or building new.

We were blown away with the level of professionalism of Rick and Matt. They are both very knowledgeable about their respective profession as well as the latest industry advances. The trades that they had come to our home were polite, professional and impressively knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We will use them again.

Both Rick Lindbeck and Matt set the tone from the very start, no gimmicks or pushy sales. They took the time to listen to what our vision, needs and hopes were on all our projects. They took our input and gave us several different options moving forward. The presentations were professional and pressure free. We felt our happiness and satisfaction were more important than the sale. EVERY person and crew member that worked in our home was professional, respectful, hard working and on schedule. Both Matt and Rick stopped by to check in with regularity to ensure the project was progressing. They made us a priority! After working with them and listening to other presentations it was clear we were much more comfortable with the way ech exclusive Custom Homes did business. They separated themselves from every other company we met with. I can’t imagine working with anyone else for anything related to our home.
I hope your business model never changes. You put the client first. So impressed with how you manage to take a clients vision and bring it to life. No pressure sales and attention to detail from the first meeting to completion of the project is unmatched. It’s that initial meeting that set the tone for the entire project. I doubt I could in good conscience consider or trust any other company with any home project.

I can not say enough good things about Rick and Matt. It’s taken me so long to write this review because words can not express our gratitude to them for the amazing home remodel and addition that they did for us. Before we embarked on this process, I always heard peoples’ “contractor stories”, and they never ended on a positive note. Our experience with Exclusive Custom Homes is completely the opposite. Rick and Matt walked us through the process from the very beginning, step-by-step. They took their time, asked lots of questions about what we wanted, and listened. They were understanding and compassionate, especially since we needed to move out for the remodel. They walked us through this process with lots of communication and followed through on every last detail, even after we moved back in. Their work and that of their subcontractors was top-notch. I recommend them wholeheartedly and look forward to having them over celebrate in our new home after a job well done!

Working with the ECH team was easy. Rick offered us several design options and we were even able to make last minute changes the day before demo. Rick kept us informed with regular status updates and in some cases were ahead of schedule.
Working with the interior designer, Jennifer, was a pleasure. She asked a lot of questions about our style and price points before we started shopping for counters, fixtures, back splash,etc. She knew the vendors well and was able to steer me to the areas that were inline with my vision. We had selections made in less than a week, which really helped with keeping to our very aggressive schedule.
There are few contractors that I would give such high praise! All the contractors were reliable and detail oriented. It's clear that ECH builds great relationships with their contractors and can count on them to follow through with everything they say they will do.
