This is probably the worst predatory company I have ever worked for. I was unjustly and unlawfully terminated because somebody assumed that I was taking extended breaks. they fired me within my first week. I made two phone calls, one of which was during my break. There’s absolutely zero signal inside the building and my love one was trying to reach me since a member of my family is in the hospital fighting for their life. Nobody briefed me and no one give me a warning or even asked as to why I stepped out for a moment to make a phone call. Additionally, I noticed them having an issue when I went to the bathroom every morning around the same time to relieve myself. I cannot time my stomach, nor could I control when I have to go to the bathroom. I also witnessed almost everyone, including the leaders on the phone extensively without any repercussion. So I absolutely do believe that I was terminated with a malicious intent. Perhaps my ethnicity, and my religious background has something to do with it. There is lack of leadership, and they have absolutely no one to work in various different positions due to their shady business practices. I highly discourage anyone from applying or working for this toxic seemingly broken company. The fact that they can just unjustly terminate somebody without any context while the company is in shambles, and is struggling to fill positions is indicative of how the company is being operated. I will be filing an official complaint and will reach out to my lawyer for this unlawful termination and this unjust act of defamation.
