Palay Display Store Fixtures

I was there today to pickup an order. The staff was so helpful and they even had someone come from the back to help my wife out with a pricing gun we purchased earlier. We purchase often from them and highly recommend it.

This business was amazing to work with, David placed my order and had it ready to pick up the same day. It was so convenient, reasonable priced, and the customer service was top notch. I visited another similar business in town prior to going here and was so disappointed. I wish I would have just went through Palay right away. I'm a forever customer.

I had a great experience buying through Palay Display. I needed 3 glass display cases which needed to be special ordered.
I have no experience in dealing with freight delivery companies so the staff at Palay helped me coordinate the purchase and delivery of these cases and simplified the whole process for me.
Very happy with the purchase and the staff and will use them in the future.

All our retail locations in the Midwest have bern getting thier store display fixtures and supplies here for over a decade. Support Local. THEY ARE Amazing people!!!

I needed some specialty hooks not available locally. I found them on the Palay Display website and called to order. Their customer service was like a breath of fresh air. I got a real live person on the phone--without a long hold--and he treated me like a valued customer even though it was a small order. Thanks, Dave Adkins!

I walked-in, to equip my first time at an art show booth. Randy and the staff was so helpful, prices were affordable and there was a wide range of products readily available. Thank you!

I ordered two plexiglass locking cases for gridwall. When they arrived one of the cases was broken (obviously not glued well). I contacted the company and was told since I only saved the packaging from around the broken unit and not the packaging from both units I could not get a replacement. I let the contact person know this was not acceptable and I would not be using or recommending their company. Then they offered me a replacement case for another $90.00.......Palay I didn't break this case, it came broken. Under no circumstance should I have to pay for a replacement. Bad business..... I would highly suggest continuing to look for another store fixture store.

Expect to be blown away with shipping costs! 18 bucks to ship 2 wire chip racks!!!!!! Both racks were 21 bucks plus 18 to ship 2 states away....UM NO!
